From start to finish, we had a great experience working with Nick. He is very responsive and was happy to answer any questions that I had. I also had a great time out of town knowing that Kylo was in good hands. Kylo had a blast playing with Nick's dogs, and I was happy to bring home a worn out pup. I definitely plan on booking with Nick again!
Katherine is delightful, and very responsible! She took great care of my dog! Poppy was very happy. Katherine has great communication skills, sent a lot of updates with cute pictures, and was flexible about the last minute booking. Would definitely re-book with her!
Mikaela was so great and super flexible! Estrella was prescribed medications right before her stay and Mikaela handled it like a pro! She also sent updates and photos which was much appreciated. Zeppelin and his owners are beyond elated to have found Hannah and her doggies for boarding! From the meet and greet to pickup, we could not have asked for anything better. Hannah is intuitive, patient, kind, and has well trained doggies! She made sure to double check any special needs or requests and was very communicative during Zeppelin's stay. The pictures shared and behavior of our dog during drop off and pickup let us know he felt right at home. Hannah will be top of our list when looking for future care!
Kara was amazing with our puppy, Marty! We had a last minute change shortly before our trip and needed to find someone to care for our puppy. Kara was able to care for Marty and he did great in her home! She handled his puppy related behaviors without issue. Kara communicated with us throughout the week and sent us regular updates. We will gladly send Marty to stay with Kara again in the future!
