I also worked in a vet clinic for about 5 years and I also have worked in Petco for about 4years. I do have a full time job, but someone is home to help out with your fur baby. I have taken care of many dogs & cats ranging from a variety of my friends/family members and a few neighbors. My favorite part is cuddling and/or playing with them because that just brings me joy. My job is pretty flexible, so I’ll be able to take a dog on a walk or feed any dogs or cats mid day. In my home, my cat has an area of his food & water as well as a separate area for his litter box. His sleeping area varies because he’s our spoiled boy. I make sure that if the pet makes any kind of mess that I clean it up right away with any cleaning supplies that are available and wash laundry if needed.

I also volunteered at an animal shelter for about 2 years before working there for 1 year. I have pet sat for a family every summer for the last 8 years or so and I also worked at a pet boarding place 1 summer.
