Joyce is the best! I was worried Mimi would not get her daily walk when we were on our vacation. Joyce was so patient with getting to know Mimi. Thanks to Joyce, she took Mimi out rain or shine everyday! Highly recommended Joyce to anyone who needs a dog walker!
Joyce (Xinyi) has been dropping in on my dog for a couple weeks now and has been very communicative and helpful! My dog Ava immediately rolled over for belly scratches on the first drop in, so she gets Ava’s stamp of approval as well. We will continue to reach out to her for help.
Xinyi is such a caring dog walker. She just not do her job well but she goes beyond. She is communicative without being overbearing—sending updates, photos, or quick check-ins so you’re never left wondering. She reaches out in a timely manner when issues happen.

Xinyi is very accomodating and flexible on her schedule. She is very patient and caring with Fiigs esp during their walks. She quickly responds and adjusts when a schedule change is necessary.

Schedule
Since I currently work part-time, my schedule is very flexible, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets. Whether it's daily visits, extended stays, or last-minute requests, I'm able to adjust my routine to meet the needs of the pets I care for. I'm committed to giving them the attention, care, and companionship they deserve, ensuring their well-being is a top priority.
