4. Emily C.
About: With a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, I bring extensive hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of dogs behavior, ensuring exceptional care and companionship for pets. Currently enrolled in college, I am enthusiastic about using any available time to care for and nurture animals. My passion for pets drives me to provide dedicated and attentive care, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve while I pursue my studies. When caring for pets and my own pets in my home, I focus on safety, trust, and a comfortable environment. I make sure the space is free of hazards, like toxic plants or small objects, and keep an eye on the pet’s health. I follow a consistent routine for feeding, exercise, and attention, and communicate regularly with pet owners to keep them updated. I create a cozy and clean space for pets, using their favorite toys and bedding, and interact with them in a friendly, reassuring way. This approach ensures that pets feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. I as well have been involved with Rover before!
5. Bella R.
“Bella did an amazing job watching our two dogs Bruno and Yeti for a couple days. She is super friendly, left our house very clean, and dogs so happy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone very trustworthy.”
6. Malia M.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since my teenage years whether it be drop in services or overnight care in clients homes. I have a big love for dogs and have been working for kennels and dog boarding places for almost a decade in addition to my in home care. I have plenty of experience in care for puppies a few weeks of age to senior friends who take medication (injections are okay with me, I used to take care of a pug with diabetes :) ) We have an amazing staffordshire terrier senior at home and I’m familiar with a variety of breeds and their temperaments from working hands-on with dogs for years. I currently work full time from 7am-3:15pm in the Bay Area Monday-Friday, but looking to add “part-time” work whether it be once I’m back home doing drop in services/walks or weekend walking and in home boarding. (Would love to offer in home services at my own place, but my dog is dog reactive). Part of my daily is job is close attention to detail for dog’s feeding instructions, medication schedules, and general well being while here for daycare or boarding. Based on owner instruction and preference I will give your pet the best care and love while with them. My goal is to make sure everyone is safe and happy when their loved ones are away from home.
7. Heaven S.
“I have always been able to trust Heaven with my pets! She is the first person I call whenever I need a sitter because I know my pet will get proper care and a ton of love at the same time. As soon as I saw how deeply Heaven cared about animals and how experienced she was as a pet owner I knew she would be the best person to dog-sit for me. She is always there when I need her and my dog loves her like family!”
8. Natalie B.
“Natalie always does a great job communicating with us. She’s wonderful!”
9. Vishh A.
“We had an amazing experience! I felt confident that bruno( my dog) is in good hands and we received regular updates and pictures which was really nice. The space he was in was very pet friendly, clean and welcoming.I highly recommend her for your fur babies😊”
10. Dana K.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have a senior (15 year old) dog of my own. Dogs of all kinds are drawn to my kind demeanor. I am calm, patient, and positive. I am a stay at home mom who misses taking my dogs on walks. My elderly dog doesn’t get out much. I have very open availability. As a person who relies on pet help while traveling, I want to give back to my community and offer those services as well. If I do board your pet, I have a dedicated pet zone in my house with easy yard access. The yard is completely fenced and safe. Your pet will be considered part of the family during their stay! If you need your pet cared for in your home I will show the utmost respect towards your space and be there to take care of your pet in whatever capacity you need.
11. Johnthan P.
About: I’ve always loved dogs and pets alike. I have taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have taken care of my friends’ and families’ pets as well. I love playing with pets as well. I do have a dog myself and other experiences with other pets as well. I’m also a college student so I’m able to take care of your pets during holidays and vacation times as well. During the week I’m never busy and I’m usually always home so there’s no need to worry about me leaving your pets alone. I am a college student so I’m usually here for vacation times and holidays. Right now the best way to care for your pets is to be able to care for them at your home because my yard and courtyard is under construction until after the 4th of July but usually my yard is fenced around and also have a good size courtyard for your pet to hang around. I also have a dog that’s very pet friendly so when I can take care of your pet they won’t be alone. If I take care of your pet at your house, I would be able to bathe them, walk them, feed them, and sleep with them if needed. If it’s at my house then I would be able to do everything except for bathing them.
12. Jodie C.
“Jodie was absolutely amazing!!! This was our first time using Rover and first time having someone stay in our home with our beloved Morgan (Shih Tzu), and we could not be happier with how it went. Jodie took amazing care of Morgan, and when we returned from our vacation it was as though Jodie had never been in our home, It was spotless. She gave me daily updates and pics of Morgan, which enabled us to relax on our vacation and not worry about him at all, something we are unable to do when we kennel him. 5 stars are not enough for Jodie. I don't think there is a single thing she could have done any better than she did. We will be booking her again, the next we leave town, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.”
13. Nate A.
“Nate is amazing with animals, every animal he meets falls in love with him and loves his fun and goofy personality. He is responsible and always kind, making sure to know every detail about the animal’s care and behavior so he can best care for them. He is the perfect choice to love on your pet just like you would, or maybe even more.”
14. Joceylin G.
About: I’ve taken care of pets most of my life. Many pets seem to like me and I love making sure they’re happy, well-fed and entertained. I’ve administered medicine for pets as well. I’m currently applying to cybersecurity jobs so am doing side jobs at the moment and I think this is a great fit for my schedule at the moment. I keep other pets inside unless they’re outdoor pets and so I’ll supervise them outside while they’re out. I follow the routines their owners have for them. I look after my brother’s indoor cat and his outdoor/indoor dog frequently.
15. Arianna R.
About: My most recent experience is working for the company Wag! when I did dog walking services. I love working with older dogs the most because they require extra care that I don’t mind. I easily make time for my own pets at home, scheduling time to care for yours won’t be any issue. I have developed skills over the years to assist me in these tasks. I am always highly aware of my surroundings and respectful of the area around me. I never want to come across as rude to my clients.
16. Pratistha S.

I have fenced backyard with nice grass lawn to run around on. I have a really playful, well trained dog that can accompany your pet.
17. Vanessa A.
“Vanessa was great with my pet pig Rosa and pup Slinky! I will be taking a longer trip soon and Vanessa took the time to make sure she had a grasp on Rosa and her routine ahead of time, since Rosa is the stubborn one. Absolutely recommend her ❤️”
