My job often requires me to travel frequently and sometimes on very short notice, and Mrs. Charlie has been incredibly flexible and accommodating with my unpredictable schedule. More importantly, she provides the highest level of care for my dog, Molly. I always have complete peace of mind knowing Molly is not only safe but genuinely loved when she's with her. She gets daily walks and playtime with the other pups staying there, she LOVES it! When Molly needed extra care due to stitches, Mrs. Charlie didn’t hesitate to take her in and went above and beyond to follow all of the veterinarian's instructions. Molly has always preferred human companionship over traditional doggy daycare, and Mrs. Charlie provides just that—plenty of love, attention, and personalized care. She also sends regular photo updates, which mean the world to me when I'm away. Before staying with Mrs. Charlie, Molly would sometimes develop stress-related rashes from licking when left in other care settings. That has never once happened under Mrs. Charlie’s care—a true testament to how comfortable and happy she feels there. I am very pleased with Kelly’s care of my pooch, a 1 yr old Boxer. He played well with Kelly’s dogs and was eager to stay with Kelly (we did a meet and greet prior that went well.) Rolo came home happy and VERY tired! I’m sure they played non-stop. I won’t hesitate to contact Kelly again.

Lindsay was an absolute dream with Coco! Not only does Coco have a preexisting eye condition that requires drops daily but she had an eye scratch incident the night before drop off that required eye ointment as well and Lindsay did wonderful with it all! We got frequent updates with pictures/videos that made the time apart so much less stressful. Luna is also such an adorable little pupper and Coco had such a fun time with them both!!!
