“Jiyoung and her family are amazing caregivers to Rogelio. This is definitely his home away from home and he gets so excited when we start pulling into their driveway. We are always getting pictures and are always informed of his eating habits, bowel movements, and daily activities. We don’t book any travels without first confirming that Jiyoung is available. We are so lucky to have found this place we call his second home. They even took our little guy on their family picnic to enjoy the day with their own dog and family. They treat us like family and love and spoil Rogelio like we do. I would recommend this family hands down to anyone. This is the only place we take him too when we have to go on a vacation or have long days at work.”

“Eric was very helpful and professional she. Taking care of our dog. He sent us updates on him each day and when our dog was injured (no fault of Eric’s) he handled it very well communicating with us, Rover vet and helped us be as informed as possible about the situation. Our dog definitely had a lot of fun with them and we felt he was in good hands considering his injury. Definitely recommend.”

“I will start by saying Robin and Qi are a very animal loving couple. We were scared to leave our furry daughter with someone new, since Canela (our puppy) is very special for us. They are great!!! If anything they over spoiled Canela Jajaja. We had to leave here one night before anticipated and they were very accommodating, understanding and agreed to take her in before without questions or second guess. On top of that when we got to their house they told us to not worry about paying the extra night. Canela was nervous when we took her in, and after I left I felt very sad. Qi sent me pictures that very same night where they played with her to help her feel more comfortable around them. Next morning when they sent me a pic of Cane I knew she was going to be ok. She had already loosen up, they were not strangers anymore to her, and she looked very happy. They were sending me pics and videos constantly which I loved because I could see she was having a blast. They would even take her to a tennis court at night and let her run (she has lotssssss of energy). The last day they took her to a park. I know my dog had a blast, they noticed what she needed which was to spend a lot of energy. They administered some antibiotic she was taking due to some ear infection and also cleaned her ear. I have not enought words to thank me. I am kind of jealous now, she is happy she is with us but I can tell she misses them, and she was only there for 5 days:) Thank you Robin and Qi for being so special with Canela, for the love and attention you gave her. My husband and I will definitely be using you guys again, Canela felt like at a summer camp with you, and we had no worries because we saw how much you were taking care of her. Thank you!!!!!!”
