We had done a previous meet and greet before meeting with Lindsey and Dan and within the first 5 minutes we knew there was no need to look any further! Upon the initial meet and greet they had written a welcome sign on their door for both dogs. Already showing us that they go up and beyond to make the pet owners feel welcomed and at ease. Throughout our Golden retrievers week long stay Lindsey and Dan sent multiple pictures daily to show us how happy and well taken care of our pups were. They even went out of their way to send a picture of the dogs with a Happy Father’s Day sign on Father’s Day. This couple and their family are extremely easy to work with, so kind and caring, and go up and beyond any expectations we could have had! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Stephen and his wife. We had bad weather in Colo on the day we were to pick up our pups, as you can imagine this is already a stressful situation. We reached out to our sitter and let them know we were going to be a few hours late, their response put us at ease, with no hesitation they said it was fine. When we pick up our pups they were in good spirts and looked well taken care of. In fact, they came home with a few new toys. Thank you for loving dogs!
Kirstin was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs! She was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with plenty of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our dogs and made sure they stayed active, entertained, and well cared for. We came home to two happy pups and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
