When we had another pet sitter cancel last minute prior to our family trip, I was slightly panicking until I found Jenny - she was so responsive and agreed to take Luna last minute (AND during the holidays.) We did a meet and greet to make sure Luna would be a good fit and everyone was comfortable, which I very much appreciated.
