She first offered a meet & greet and then we scheduled a short daycare, and then a overnight stay for him to start getting adjusted to his new boarding time with Nicole since we will be going on vacation for a week. My dog has some anxiety when he is away from home so that was very helpful to first have the meet & greet. Nicole is very welcoming and my dog felt very comfortable with Nicole and her beautiful home. She has a nice fenced yard and a park across the street for walks. My dog also takes medication and is a very picky eater and she had no problem accommodating all his needs. I was very hesitant to use Rover since I heard of some negative reviews but I'm glad I gave it a try and found Nicole.”
