“Very sweet and accommodating. Quick to respond and had a great backyard, for our pup. There was a bit of confusion over the feeding instruction for our pup, but I probably could have provided instructions outside of the app to ensure it was enough. Normally, we feed kibble with a topper 2x per day and the topper usually runs out so, once that happens, our pup just gets kibble till we get home. In this case she only got the topper for each meal so she was very hungry when we got her back. Other than that it was great. I attribute the mixup to poor communication on my part.”
