The two dogs she already had at her home were great with Kage too, even though he can be a little hyper around other dogs since he isn’t fixed yet. Throughout my entire trip, she kept me updated, and everyone got along perfectly — no issues at all. What really blew me away was how she handled a last-minute curveball. Literally the day before my trip, Kage got really sick and I had to rush him to the vet for X-rays. They said it was likely a minor stomach issue and sent him home with medications and instructions to stay on a bland diet. I had to tell Sevana all of this the night before I was supposed to leave, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. She told me it was totally fine, that she would take care of everything, and she absolutely did. She gave him his meds, kept him on his special diet, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. I’m extremely grateful for having such a thoughtful, dependable, and caring sitter. I felt completely at ease knowing Kage was in her hands. I would 100% recommend Sevana to anyone — and her prices are great too. She’ll definitely be my go-to sitter from now on.”

About: After taking a Rover hiatus, we are back and ready to provide house sitting and/or drop in visits/care. Both Farhad and Jen have years of experience with dogs, cats, birds, fish, and many different farm animals. We will care for your pets consistently and safely. We are happy to try to accommodate any routines that will help your pets be comfortable. In addition to being life long pet parents, Jen fostered for a local animal shelters, and we babysat service dogs in training. We also have lots of experience with indoor and outdoor plants, gardens, both personally and as WWOOF volunteers. We are happy to help keep your green babies alive in your absence. We both have flexible schedules and regularly work from home, so we can easily accommodate pet needs any time of day. Please inquire about any special requests. About: I’ve had cats in my family my whole life, and now as an adult, I have a 8 year old male cat whom I rescued at 6 weeks old. I’ve lived with many roommates that have had cats as well and have lived with as many as 6 cats at once! My best friend runs an animal rescue, and while living together, we cared for dozens of cats and many litters of kittens! I’m very experienced with cats and will make sure all of your pet’s needs are met. My cat is friendly and welcoming of other cats, but I understand not all cats are as comfortable, so I will make sure to introduce them slowly and make them as comfortable as possible during their stay.

About: I grew up in a small village in Siberia. The one constant that I saw every day was animals. My mother loved every kind of dog and every kind of cat. I learned from a young age that I would love them all too. We love our pups and kitty and walk Mollie and Hollie at least a mile everyday. We have a large park with a lake full of interesting smells for pups to explore. We feed our animals in the morning and evening and we all snuggle together on the bed at night. I have a fenced in yard and a dog door so your pup may go in and out as often as they like. Some pups can’t figure out the dog door so I am here to let them in and out as needed. We take at least one long walk a day and play fetch in the yard. Pups are welcomed to sleep in our room if they are more comfortable there.

“Sevana was absolutely amazing with my dog, Kage. From the very first meet-and-greet, she was warm, attentive, and made him feel comfortable right away. The two dogs she already had at her home were great with Kage too, even though he can be a little hyper around other dogs since he isn’t fixed yet. Throughout my entire trip, she kept me updated, and everyone got along perfectly — no issues at all. What really blew me away was how she handled a last-minute curveball. Literally the day before my trip, Kage got really sick and I had to rush him to the vet for X-rays. They said it was likely a minor stomach issue and sent him home with medications and instructions to stay on a bland diet. I had to tell Sevana all of this the night before I was supposed to leave, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. She told me it was totally fine, that she would take care of everything, and she absolutely did. She gave him his meds, kept him on his special diet, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. I’m extremely grateful for having such a thoughtful, dependable, and caring sitter. I felt completely at ease knowing Kage was in her hands. I would 100% recommend Sevana to anyone — and her prices are great too. She’ll definitely be my go-to sitter from now on.”

“Imelda did an amazing job watching my German Shepherd. She sent pictures and updates daily, sometimes multiple times. She knew I was nervous going out of town and leaving my dog but she communicated with me regularly which kept me at ease. She provides a nice clean environment for the dogs, dog friendly home with a doggy door so my dog could go outside as needed. I trust her to care for my pets and will only be using her moving forward.”
“Anne and her family were wonderful from the the initial meeting, communication before and during the trip, the many unpromted updates on my dog's adventures during her staycation, and just generally a true pleasure to work with! The house and yard are great, they have two dogs who are quite comfortable and accomidating with new and visiting pets, and once you meet with her family I have no doubt you'll feel very secure leaving your special pup with Anne and her family. Can't say enough, but they will be my first call in the future!”
