About: Hello! :) I love animals, dogs, cats, fish, pocket pets, exotic, etc.! I have extensive experience with cats and have been with cats my whole life and I have been told many a times that I am a very fast learner for anything I have not done before. In 2025 I completed the "Pet Sitting, Training, Grooming Microcredential" at SUNY Ulster. The Microcredential included the following classes; Pet CPR & First Aid, Behavior Medicine for Animals, and Restraint and Handling. As of 11/01/2024 I am certified in Pet CPR by RECOVER and ACVECC. And as of 02/23/2025 I have a certificate of Completion in the Fear Free certificate program by Fear Free Leaders in Animal Wellbeing. I am currently a student at SUNY New Paltz and as it is now summer break i am available 24/7. When I am not in New Paltz I live in Kingston with my parents and two cats, Pilot and Trixie. I will make sure your pets get lots of play time while you are away. I can take pets on walks, water plants, get mail, clean up messes, etc depending on what you need. And I have no problem complying with any weird quirks your pets have. (My cats have some very specific games they like). I also like to report back on what we did, anything that is possibly out of the ordinary, and of course I can send pictures!

About: I have worked a lot with both ends of the spectrum in terms of activity: I enjoy sleepy dogs as well as hounds. I have a Hungarian Vizsla back home, who is essentially a hunting dog—and I enjoy seeing her tired at the end of the day. Currently, my main occupation is writing a senior thesis. I do that successfully in between and around pet-sitting gigs. I only have three classes a week, so taking care of dogs and cats is a perfect commitment that I love to pursue At my client's houses, I make sure to maintain a safe environment in which pets do not come into contact with anything or anyone that poses even the slightest risk to their health and well-being.

About: I have always had a special connection with dogs. I grew up with dogs and treated them like part of the family. I have been primarily working as a pet nanny for 5 years for someone who traveled to Europe on a monthly basis. They are staying in Europe indefinitely so I am looking to add some new clients. About: I've cared for many cats and dogs, from pit bulls to terriers to English bulldogs. I have experience with puppy training, senior dog care, and oral medication administration. I'm also a graduate music student in case your pet might want to be serenaded by a french horn :) I'm a musician and graduate student at Bard. My schedule changes quite a bit, but I always have a good idea of what my schedule will look well in advance. In addition, I am generally free most mornings, and can often be flexible. I'm very happy to provide your dog(s) with walks, food, brushing, bathing, and medication. I love to play fetch with dogs, go on walks or hikes, visit dog parks, cuddle, practice tricks, or any other enriching activity. With cats, I love to cuddle, play, and practice or try new tricks with treats.

About: My family owned a ruby Cavalier King Charles for 13 years. I'm currently a senior attending Bard College in Red Hook, NY but am participating in a study away program this semester in Williamsburg. My schedule is relatively flexible, but please reach out for exact availability. I prioritize safety by ensuring a secure leash grip and using pet-safe paths to prevent any potential hazards during walks. This includes avoiding busy streets or areas with potential risks to pets. Secondly, building trust with both the pets and their owners is important. I take time to understand each dog's needs and preferences to ensure they feel comfortable on their walk. Clear communication with pet owners before, during, and after the walk helps maintain transparency and trust. Furthermore, creating a pet-friendly environment involves being mindful of the surroundings and ensuring a positive experience for the dog. About: I have been taking care of pets since I got my first pony at 6 yo. My father was adamant that i fill water bucket and hay before school to keep him. We added dogs, cats and then cows as i grew up. Currently I have 2 german shepherds and a corgi, 8 cats 2 parakeet’s and multiple fish tanks in the house and 125 sheep, hogs and chickens outside!! I have taken care of pets and live stock my whole life! I work for myself so have ability to be flexible in taking on other pet care. I am fortunate in that my husband can care for our animals if i meed to help with yours. My own dogs are crate trained. I will follow whatever routine your pet is used too. Usually carry a pocket full of biscuits to make friends easier.
