“Nathan stayed in our home to watch our two 9&1/2 year old dogs for ten days. He communicated well and often, sending videos as well as regular updates. The pups are older & require some medications, which he had no problem administering for us. Nathan definitely gave our dogs the attention they need and love. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs, peacocks. You name it. I’ve been a huge fan of animals since I can remember. I’m super active outside and love taking pups out on hikes or walks. My last dog had to take meds so I’m also extra sensitive to pups that may need more present care. I’ve dog sat and house sat for many years before and just recently decided to give rover a try. I’m also a photographer so pics of your sweet pea will be guaranteed! I’m a photographer so my schedule varies. Sometimes I’m on a shoot or at home editing. I work part time at a restaurant wed-Friday so am unavailable those evenings. I am generous with my love with pets if they want that. If they are shy I will absolutely listen to what they need and let them warm up to me at their own pace. I am clean and respectful of others’ space and strive to make sure your sweet pup gets the activities they deserve.

About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and personalized care I give every pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency, potty breaks, playtime, and basic routine reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler pace, extra patience, medication support, or additional comfort. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know their furry family members are happy and well cared for. I’m able to help out on Monday-Friday or Saturdays and Sundays. Let me know what fits your needs and I will be more then happy to accommodate! I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Especially in their own home. I do not accept boarding as my currently home is renting.

She made a clear effort to spend time with each dog, so that both received plenty of attention and affection. When our dogs got into a tussle and one ended up with a minor injury, she drove our pup to our vet and then waited past when she was supposed to be done so she could pick her up and get her situated back at home. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I love dogs and cats. I love animals and have no problem spending my free time taking care of and playing with some fur babies. I have a pug that I've had since she was 6 weeks old. I also have a cat who I took in after his old owner abandoned him. I currently work full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm in Charlottesville. I am more than happy to stop by after work if needed or if you want me to stay at your place I can take care of the babies before heading to work to make sure they are fed and worked. Can work with a lot of schedules. I do make and sell jewelry so there may be a few weekend days where my availability is limited due to already committed to a craft show In my house I try and take my dog out every 2 hours. In the summer my pug is sensitive to heat so we do short walks around our driveway. She is a bit spoiled and will not go outside in the rain so I do also have experience cleaning up puppy pads and encouraging their use. My cat is both indoors and outdoors so he goes to the bathroom outside but also have a litter box inside I clean every few days for him.

About: While I am new to pet sitting, I’ve spent my whole life taking care of my own pets as well as pet sitting/ house sitting for family while they’re away. I have experience with animals ranging for dogs, cats, fish and guinea pigs! I have experience with the importance of following routines, giving fresh food and water, cleaning up accidents, giving potty breaks, making sure pets feel safe and comfortable, and since I work in a hospital, recognizing changes in behavior. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family! I’m currently working 3 days a week Thursday-Saturday as a night shift PCT at a hospital.I will be moving to part-time in August working 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays), and will have more flexibility! I am only accepting bookings on my days off and I can provide plenty of potty breaks, walks, playtime, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day! Whether your pet is more active or laid back I’ll make sure they are comfortable, safe and attended to while you’re away. When caring for your pet I will: - Give adequate potty breaks throughout the day. - Follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. -Keep litter boxes, food bowls, and water bowls clean. -Take your dog on walks (if requested). - Send regular photo and video updates so you know how your pet is doing. -Treat your home with respect by keeping it clean, locking doors and windows, bringing in packages if requested, and following any household instructions you leave. -Most importantly, make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable until you return home!

During my time in your home you can expect your pet to be loved, well fed and of course always safe. They'll get ample amount of time to use the potty outside, plenty of time for playtime and of course a resting period.

About: Desdé muy pequeña siempre hubo una mascota en casa, al dia de hoy el apego que tengo a los animales es muy especial, no puedo no emocionarme cuando veo algún ser vivo pasando frente a mis ojos, para mi sería un privilegio que me dieras la confianza de cuidar a tú mascota como si fuera un miembro más de la familia.♡ Actualmente tengo un trabajo independiente, asi que eso me da mucha flexibilidad para adaptarme al horario que tu mascota necesite cuidado, atención, alimento, cariño y muchísimo más. Tengo un apartamento bastantes amplio dónde tu mascota puede estar tranquilamente, tengo algunos premios, juguetes, comida, cosas con las cuales estoy segura no podria aburrirse, me gusta mucho salir a caminar asi que podria ser un gran beneficio si lo que necesitas es que tu mascota salga a despejarse un poco.

I also am a volunteer at the local spca I just finished my graduate program at UVA so I have lots of free time to care for and play with your pups and cats!!
