About: I grew up with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs, peacocks. You name it. I’ve been a huge fan of animals since I can remember. I’m super active outside and love taking pups out on hikes or walks. My last dog had to take meds so I’m also extra sensitive to pups that may need more present care. I’ve dog sat and house sat for many years before and just recently decided to give rover a try. I’m also a photographer so pics of your sweet pea will be guaranteed! I’m a photographer so my schedule varies. Sometimes I’m on a shoot or at home editing. I work part time at a restaurant wed-Friday so am unavailable those evenings. I am generous with my love with pets if they want that. If they are shy I will absolutely listen to what they need and let them warm up to me at their own pace. I am clean and respectful of others’ space and strive to make sure your sweet pup gets the activities they deserve.

About: I have always had dogs in my life. My parents chose our first dog, a blue healer, after their honeymoon. I was three. Skeeter and I would tromp through the woods often. We moved to the Middle East when I was 9, and we had to give her to another family, but when we returned, we were contacted by the family: they were moving and wondered if we would like her back. It was a very happy reunion. She passed away when I was 18. In my third year of college, I decided to get a dog of my own. It was a dumb idea because I didn't have the forethought to think about how being a dogowner would limit my housing options over the next 10 years. Baloo was a German shepherd mix. He was a rescue from a Native American reservation in AZ, what we call a "res dog". He and I had several adventures over the decade I could call him mine. He passed away a little over two years ago, and I still miss him now. These days, I am mom to Benedict and Tigerlily. Benny is a sweet old rescue from California. He is likely part pitbull, and part sharpei. He's a sweetheart, super chill with my kids, and loves to walk the trails behind my house. Tigerlily Is a baby baby. The two of them are inseparable. I work from home and have my kids 3-5 nights / week. We love all the dogs and love to take them on walks through the woods and to the park. I provide a chill space where dogs feel like they can relax and trust that someone will come along soon to scritch their ears. I have a great neighborhood for walking and a large unfenced backyard.

About: I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. Whether your pet needs energetic playtime, a 10 mile run, relaxing companionship, or attentive care and routine, I’m happy to provide a safe and comfortable experience while you’re away. I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to visit and play with your pets! I'm available at most times, 7 days a week. I care for pets by following their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, and any special instructions. In my home, I provide a safe, supervised environment that is clean and has plenty of open space. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel comfortable in their familiar surroundings while keeping their space clean and secure. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can see that your pet is happy and well cared for!

About: I am comfortable with all kinds of dogs and needs. I personally care for a GSD and a Heeler mix, and am comfortable with rambunctious and large dogs. Both of my dogs practice loose leash walking, and I love using our walks as time to tire their brains as well as their bodies. I can give medications, including subq and other injections. And I’m working on becoming a certified trainer, but for now I do not offer training services. I work a few part time gigs that change with the seasons. I have lots of flexibility to meet the needs of your pets. I generally do not go out of town during major holidays. I have lived on estates as a property manager, and ran my own home repair business for several years. I’m good at handling emergencies, and enjoy fixing things when I have the opportunity

Most mornings you’ll find me outside before the heat sets in. I walk my own dogs every day, spend a lot of time hiking local trails, and genuinely enjoy being outdoors. Adding another walk or checking in on someone else’s pet doesn’t feel like work to me. It’s just part of a life I already love. I’m pretty low-key by nature, so I don’t rush through visits or watch the clock. If your dog wants to sniff every blade of grass, we’ll sniff. If your cat would rather sit quietly while I read a book than play, that’s okay too. I believe every animal has its own personality, and I try to meet them where they are instead of expecting them to fit into my routine. My goal is simple: when you come home, your pet has been well cared for, and you don’t have to wonder if they were just another stop on someone’s schedule. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I try to keep life as normal as possible. I stick closely to the routine you’ve already established because consistency helps pets feel secure. Meals happen when they’re used to eating, walks happen on their schedule, and medications are given exactly as instructed. I don’t believe every dog needs the same approach. Some want to play nonstop, some just want to sniff every inch of the yard, and some are happiest curled up beside you. I pay attention to what each pet is telling me and let them settle in at their own pace. I also know how reassuring updates can be when you’re away. I’ll send photos and let you know how your pet is doing, so you can enjoy your trip without wondering if everything is okay.

About: I have fostered for many animal shelters. I own 5 dogs, two cats, and two goats. I have a passion for working with animals, and give 110%. I have a full-time job Monday-Friday, I am available on the weekends and maybe and some evenings. I will do my best to make it work to fit your needs.
