I have loved and cared for animals since the day I was born. I have 5 dogs, a mini horse, and two rabbits. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time during the week to take care of your babies when needed. My schedule is very flexible right now. I prefer not to work on the weekends, but if it is needed, I will make it work. In your home, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I take time to learn their habits—feeding schedules, favorite hiding spots, play routines, and any medical needs—so I can provide care that feels familiar and comforting. I make sure litter boxes are clean, water is always fresh, and your pet gets plenty of attention and affection at their own pace. For shy or senior pets, I move slowly and calmly, always respecting their space and personality.

About: About me: I am a health/wellness professional and have also worked with animals my whole life. I have volunteered and fostered for various dog adoption organizations including GALT, SPCA, MARS, Mega Adoption Event. I am experienced with most dog breeds and dog behavior. I have always been passionate about animals and I treat every dog that I sit as if they were my own. I am very interactive and affectionate with them, and will provide any special care that they need so that they feel comfortable and at ease while you are gone. Why I love dog sitting: I enjoy providing the peace of mind for pet owners that they can travel, etc. without worrying about their dog while they are gone. I not only take great care of my dog guests, but I make sure they have a great, stress-free time while their owners are away. Meet my pets: I have a senior xoloitzcuintle (Mexican hairless) dog at home. He's my best friend so we do everything together. He mainly sleeps all day, but enjoys a good home too. I work remotely from home in the wellness industry and have a flexible schedule. I am able to take frequent potty breaks and walks as needed. I keep a very calm, stable environment for my pet guests. I have a lot of nature nearby, so there is plenty to explore whether it's the river front, hiking trails, dog park, or nearby Greenway.

About: I have worked in a small animal hospital for 15 years. Did equine vet tech For 5 years before returning to small animal with limited exotic animal medicine. I have experience with cats dogs horses And most rodents and personally own a snake. Limited experience with birds and reptiles. I went to school at SUNY Delhi for vet tech and SUNY cobleskill for horse training. My own dog is hand raised so I am familiar with dog care at all life stages. My cat is adopted and thinks he is a dog! And my horse is geriatric so I understand all of her special needs. Total per count is 3 dogs a cat 2 horses and a snake. I can give medications, do first aid treatment, and assist with basic medical procedures. No such thing as too needy of an animal! I like fur babies more than I like people most days :) I work as a vet tech at an animal hospital so am primarily available for walk after 6 pm during most week days, and am available all day Thursday most Saturday’s and Sunday’s I have a fenced in yard but my neighbors dogs do get loose and cause occasional issues so I don’t risk Saftey and don’t offer in home service just in case.I will happily bring your dog on adventures with my dogs if you like! Dog parks and hiking!

About: I started working with animals 8 years ago as a volunteer at a rescue barn. I've volunteered with about 3 other rescues and shelters, from walking dogs to monitoring health conditions. I just want to show all those little furry family members the love they deserve, and make sure they can be well taken care of if you are unable or temporarily absent. I currently only work 7-2 on weekends. Otherwise, I'm wide open and would love to run and play with your pets! We love treats and I'm a quick learner. Your routine, becomes my routine. I prefer to get a play by play of each animal's daily life at home so I can most relate their stay with me in my home to it. From feeding times to walking times and even play times, I love to have a set schedule to make all our lives easier. Of course flexibility is a must, and I'm happy to follow any needs that are seen fit because the animal's well being is top priority.

About: Me and my wife have taken care of pets ever since we were both young. We have experience with all ages of dog from newborn up to senior dogs and understand each care plan is unique to each dog. With this is mind, we will treat your pets like our own children. Me and my wife work together to fulfill and meet all needs of you and your pets. About: I’ve grown up with high energy Aussies since I was a kid. From the moment I moved to a pet friendly home and schedule I started on the Aussie pack I have now. I have trained two dogs from puppies and rescued two from unfortunate situations. Therefore, I understand and can assist in potty and leash training, socialization, or a good old fashioned game of fetch. I’ve always loved working with dogs and seeing the joy they get from just being with you. In college I often volunteered with animal shelters to assist in socializing dogs. While I was active duty military I relied on my dog sitter to ensure my pups were getting all of their energy out and getting all the love with my unpredictable schedule. Therefore, I know how important it is to have someone who you can trust with your pups. I will strive to treat your fur babies just like my own because they’re our family! I recently retired from active duty military and am taking some much needed down time with my 4 dogs. I am available Monday-Saturday and would love to fit your fur babies into the routine! About: My name is Aly, I’m currently a student at Roanoke College. My major is business administration and my minor is screen studies. I have had 2 cats and 2 dogs my whole life. So I am very familiar with both of their needs and how to take care of them. I’ve had two labs, one tuxedo cat and one tortoiseshell cat. I was responsible for mostly taking care of my cats. Everyday I would clean their litterboxes, give them water/food and play with them. I’ve also watched my mom’s cat Stitch when she goes on vacation . As for my dogs I would feed them and give them water, take them on walks in my nearby park, clean up their waste and give them lots of love. In my free time I spend time with friends, watch movies, read books, listen to music, crochet, and go to the gym. I also love musicals and I’ve seen many shows with my mom. My favorite musical theater show is Phantom of the Opera. I saw it on broadway before it closed. My favorite movie is The Lion King (1994), I will watch it on repeat and never get bored of it, and my favorite character is Simba. I also love traveling and exploring different parts of the world. My favorite places I’ve been to are Warsaw, Poland and Athens Greece. I’m a college student, so I’m mostly available on the weekends. But durning the Summer I will be more available and flexible to schedule pet appointments I will make sure your animal has enough food/water, that the litter box/yard has been cleaned up, and I will also make sure your pets feel very loved.

About: I have always been told I have a special connection with animals! Any size animal I can seem to make them love me! I use to sit our neighbors and family friends pets whenever they went on vacation. One of them had a special medicine they needed every couple hours so if your animal needs something special I won’t let you down. I have a huge heart and passion for animals after all they are our fury friends. My favorite things to do with dogs are go for walks and just play till they are worn out!
