“Kimberly was wonderful and the dogs seem to have enjoyed their stay! We received several pictures of their play time and meal times during our time away and the boys acted like they didn't even want to leave when we went to pick them up, haha! Thank you Kimberly! We will definitely bring our dogs back when we take our next trip!”

“Charles did a great job at watching my 7 month pup. He sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. He responded quickly to any questions I had. I will be rebooking him in the future if I ever need a sitter :)”

“I was so nervous leaving Moby for a long weekend, but he did great and was relaxed when I picked him up. Katie sent me pictures every day and assured me he was doing good. He’s never boarded at someone’s house in his 12 years, but he did so good I won’t hesitate to take him back to Katie!”

About: I have calm demeanor that puts even high strung and super protective dogs at ease. Older dogs and I get along well, with their special needs, and their quirky ways. We seem to get each other. I've had the great pleasure of getting to spend a lot of time with older dogs who need. My schedule is very flexible and am in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I am all about camaraderie, positive feedback and consistency. We co-care for a 6 year old pup with my in-laws and just recently lost our tabby brothers. They were 18 and passed away within 6 months of each other. Returning to Rover after a break during the pandemic. I am very happy to adopt whatever training regimes you've established. Looking forward to meeting the four-legged member of your family. I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I try to keep my availiblity consistant for both the security and routine of the dogs and for my own planning. We have had cats and dogs and our home is pretty well pet proofed. Tailoring my care of your pet to their specific needs is really the name of the game. Their care is about their needs, not really about any notions I have.

“Janet was very accommodating and spoiled my dog (in a great way). She took all my comments into consideration and observed her mannerisms. It was short notice, she had a full house, and she was packing. So, I was glad she offered to help. Definitely would ask for her help again.”

“We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Brynna!!! She was wonderful in accommodating our needs and was so flexible! Most of all, our puppy had a great time and was treated like family! This was our second time using Brynna’s service and our puppy just about ran us over excited when we dropped him off. If you want a home away from home environment with your pet, you won’t be disappointed with Brynna. She is sweet, accommodating, communicates quickly, sends updates/pictures and has plenty of room for your pet to safely play and enjoy!”

“Beth is a fabulous dog sitter/boarder. She took such great care of our dog, sent pics, and communicated daily. She responds promptly, is very personable and kind, and our dog had a great time at her house. We won't consider going to anyone else!”

About: I have had animals my whole life, particularly cats and dogs. I am comfortable working with medium and large breed dogs, high energy pets, senior animals, or pets with medical needs. I have helped family and neighbors care for their fur babies and would love the opportunity to help others! I specialize in caring for senior/special needs pets. I had two cats with varying degrees of kidney disease which required special diets and constant monitoring. They made frequent messes so I'm not afraid to clean up pet accidents. I'm happy to help any animals that need some extra care. I am available most weekends and holidays to care for your pet. Dogs staying at my house get potty breaks as often as possible. There will be lots of playtime and naps for both dogs and cats throughout the day. Dog walks will take place when the weather is decent and typically in the afternoon/evening. If I go out for errands, dogs are expected to stay in a crate (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Any animal that stays with us will be treated like family. Meet and greets are highly recommend for all services to make sure owner(s), sitter, and animals feel comfortable with one another. Dog Boarding/Day Care: I have a large fenced yard and three high energy pups that would enjoy having new friends to play with. I have lots of toys from stuffed to plastic to rope toys to keep them entertained. Dogs should be crate trained in case I need to leave for an errand (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Dogs must be okay around cats as they may interact with them when they are in the house. Dogs MUST be okay around children as I have a toddler (the child will never be alone with the dog). Dog Walking: We can walk around the neighborhood or go to a park. I will NEVER go to a dog park. I will only bring my dogs along for a walk if approved by the owner. Vaccines: All animals that enter my home must be up-to-date on vaccines. Dogs MUST have rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Owners must provide vaccination records for confirmation. All animals must be treated for fleas and ticks (as a precaution). This is a year-round requirement. I highly recommend Elanco K9 Advantix II for dogs. If needed, I can provide the medicine and apply to the pet for an additional cost (please reach out for more details). Drop Ins: I'm happy to stay for as short or long as needed to take care of the pet (feed, water, potty break, scoop litter box, administer medicine, etc.) and give them attention.

“Heather and family took excellent care of my 2 year old yellow lab for ten days. She has two large labs herself and they all played delightfully. My lab also learned the joys of being around young children (or grandchildren), which will serve him well in the future. Heather was flexible about a false alarm health issue my lab had around departure time, which I much appreciated. My dog was returned trim and happy. He misses his play buddies.”

“Jen was awesome! Super friendly and accommodating. She had lots of land for Izzy to run and play with the other dogs that were also staying with Jen. By the time I picked her up the next morning, Izzy was completely wiped -- which is always a great sign for a high-energy dog like Izzy! :)”

About: I have a loving home with 2 friendly, adorable dogs and 1 friendly cat. I take good care of them and also love the animals we come across! I work a normal Mon-Fri day job and am available outside those hours. I am caring and detail-oriented. You will be happy with the service. I will give pets the attention they need; including food, cleaning, walking and love. They will be happy with the environment that I provide them.

“It was my dog Tucker 's first time with a pet sitter since moving to Washington just two months ago. He recently developed very bad separation anxiety so I was nervous about how he would do on his stay. Needless to say he didn't even care I was gone and had an absolute blast! Highly recommend Carly, and Tucker will absolutely be staying with her again soon.”

About: I love to make dogs happy, have fun and enjoy life! Let’s take a lot of walks, eat good treats, and get lots of pets! Through the summer months I am totally open to accept pet sitting, dog walks, feeding, check ins whatever is needed! I work part time during school season. I always use a leash when caring for others pets, unless there is a fenced, safe area. I will follow the owners guidelines, exactly. Extremely responsible.

“On our second time booking with Enrique, Athena remembered how well she liked it there. She cried to get off the car and went straight into the house like it was her second home. It made us feel good that she was happy to come back. We will book again soon, for sure!!”

About: Hello! My name is Shawna! I've worked professionally with dogs of all breeds and ages for nearly my entire life. I grew up in a family that ran a boarding kennel in Juneau, Alaska, and currently own and operate Dandy Dog Daycare and Boarding there. I am looking to offer services while I'm here in Yakima during my transition to permanently relocate here! I am well-versed in animal behaviors and interaction and focus on the health, safety and comfort of the pets in my care. I can provide nail trims and basic brush out depending on your pets needs. I'm comfortable working with all breeds, ages and sizes and I am pet CPR certified. I will be offering pet care in my home to begin with but I will be expanding my pet services shortly! Get in early to establish your pet with me ☺️ I will be working from home so your pet will be a part of family life here! They will be out for potty and exercise breaks often throughout the day. I care for pets like my own, they will be in the main house with my family and senior dog! We have the ability to create overnight if that is something your pet is used to! There is a four foot fenced yard that would be accessible to pets that do not have a tendency to jump out of enclosure. If you are concerned your pup may test fences, I am also able to do leashed potty breaks and walks.

Im currently working a very flexible job that lets me choose my schedule. I work remotely and I have home cameras to watch if Im gone. I also have a roommate who helps me with animal care of needed if I was away. Animals are never left alone and will always have a human around to ensure proper care and your pet is well taken cared for. I have a 6ft fenced yard. Trusting neighbors that watch over the neighborhood. Cameras inside and outside of home.

About: I'm kind towards all animals and I feel a deep sense of responsibility for those in my care. I currently have a small dog. Check the pictures here. I'm retired and available to watch a dog or two in my home. I would be able to give your dog my full attention for most of the day. The dogs I watch will be inside with me or if the weather is suitable in my fenced backyard. The yard is fairly small and well shaded.

“I needed someone quick to watch Axel, over the weekend, and James did an incredible job of watching my boy! Axel got LOTS of play time in and even joined James and his crew on a hike and lake day! He made it a priority to send photos and videos throughout each day! I will definitely be utilizing his services again and am truly thankful! 🙌🏾😃”
