They were easy to interact with and replied very quickly to messages. Sent photos all the time. Checked with me when unable to open my dogs coconut oil to ensure the other brand would be ok. Took my doggo on walks and to the park. They gave me complete confidence and clearly cared for my pup. Would highly recommend them.”
