About: Hi, I’m a retired mom that enjoys cuddle time with your baby fur buddy. I had a long time family Pom (2) who passed a few years back and misses their company. Although I’m not ready to have another fur baby yet, I miss the companionship and have a lot of love and cuddles to give. I normally live in St. Paul MN but I am a new grandmother so I have been a little busy helping care for the little one. When I am around, I would love to care for your fur baby. I only take one dog at a time, so your pal can be assured my full attention. I’m home all day and kennel time will be very minimal. Only for errands and such. I prefer a pet that’s potty trained and kennel trained. I have a fluffy bed for relaxing and sleeping. I also have a fenced yard. Hi, Your fur baby will be at home. They have a full run of the house, they have a fenced yard and a companion for 98% of the day. I am loving and caring. Your fur baby will love my home.

About: Growing up my house always had animals. Dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, etc. I trained and competed in obedience competitions from 9-16 years old. I interned at various vet clinics for 5 years. I learned how to care for anything from bottle babies to senior care! I am also a veterinary student at UMN. During the summer, I am available full time and will be home for most of the day with your fur babies! I can drop-off after 8 am and pick-up anytime. During the school year I can do drop off before 8 am or during lunch (12-1 pm) and pickup after 5 pm. I love having a running buddy so your pet will get plenty of exercise! Please let me know their potty break schedule, meal times, and any other important information when booking. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly cat and dog to keep your pup company! Koda is an energetic 1 year old aussie mix that loves to make new friends and I can guarantee your dog will leave tired and happy! I will always place your pets needs as a priority. “I met Shontay over a year ago when she found a small dog roaming in her neighborhood. She worked so hard trying to find the owner and took great care of the dog until the owner was found. She located the owner within a day or two and the little pup went back home. Fast forward a week or two and that same little dog had gotten loose again and went straight back to Shontay's home to get some love from her, again he was returned home within a day after getting a bunch of hugs, food and loving attention from Shontay. Couple months later the same pup was very sick and the owner contacted Shontay to see if she could help her dog, Shontay is very holistic and was able to get the dog healthy again. I don't trust many people with my dogs but I do trust Shontay! I also like that she loves to read and is always learning how to help animals & people heal. If your dog is a special needs pup, hire Shontay to watch over them when you need someone to help. Shontay and I have spent hours on the phone just talking about dogs.
