About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals and having them around has always been a normal part of my day-to-day life. I’m comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels, and I understand that every pet has their own routine and way of feeling comfortable. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attention throughout the day, keep up with regular walks and feeding schedules, and spend time with pets rather than leaving them alone for long stretches. Whether your pet loves long walks and playtime or would rather relax nearby while I work, I’m happy to adapt to what they’re used to at home. I offer both boarding in my home and house sitting, and my priority is making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. About: I have had my own dogs (and cats, chickens, bunnies, etc!) my whole life. I have also been relied on by friends, family, and neighbors for years to care for their fur babies while traveling. My husband and I also foster dogs through various local rescues! I work from home and my partner has a flexible schedule. Usually, we are both home and able to provide 24/7 care for the animals we board! I have a very large fenced yard with two dog pools for hot summer days. Our chickens stay in a separate enclosed area. My home offers multiple rooms and, due to the fact that we often foster, we have several kennels and other “safe space” areas if your fur baby feels safer hanging out or sleeping separately from the rest of the pack. Although, we are a household that encourages pets to curl up on the furniture! We have 3 dogs- a collie/Aussie mix, yellow lab, and husky. All are friendly, up to date on vaccines, and love other dogs! Lastly, we are a cat friendly home but do have separate spaces available if separation from them is best.

I am a lifelong pet person who has cared for both family members pets, my own pets, as well as the pets of friends, neighbors and collies. Worked extensively with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, snakes and fish. I have an incredibly flexible schedule as I work remote and am able to fit in most times of convenience if scheduled ahead of time. I have dependable transportation and can work from anywhere in the twin cities (or country for that matter) if the job called for it. I am a retired military veteran having honorably served 20 years in the MNARNG. I have served both overseas and domestic tours. I am a proud community activist, veteran advocate, and behavioral and cognitive skills trainer. I have degrees in law enforcement and criminal justice, as well as certificates in private security. As I mentioned I have flexibility in my schedule and just need to be notified in advance of when my services are needed. Dog walking I can drop in and provide such service anywhere in the cities, and times are flexible if notified in advance My home has two levels, plenty of space, a balcony and fenced in front yard. I have a backyard as well. The home is clean and can ensure the pets continued safety and comfort. I am willing and able to commute to pet sit in the event of a client working or being out of town. There is a cat in my home who is good with other animals and very friendly himself.

About: As a teacher, I know each dog is unique and individual. I’m a cautious and observant pet sitter who strives to do what’s best for your pet. I prefer written directions as I know each dog has unique needs and do my best to follow them. I’ve been lucky to grow up with a cairn terrier, to have been a pet sitter for my sister’s pets for five years before I joined Rover, and I’m the mama of an adorable Labrador Husky. Looking forward to meeting your pack! I’m an online teacher (home full time) who teaches part time summer school as well. I have time during my prep time, after classes and on the weekends to play with your dog and give walks. If your dog allows, I will walk them when I walk my dog, which is 3x a day. I will check on the safety and well being of your pet. I will replenish food and water is always available. If they need some play time, I will also do that. Want them to feel safe.

About: I have been walking and boarding dogs since I was in high school. I have experience with all sizes of dogs and many different temperaments and medical needs. I have one dog of my own at home and we go on 2-3 walks a day, as well as play outdoors. She'd love to make friends with your pets! I have my own dog at home who I never leave for more than 4 hours at a time (and typically no more than 4 total in a day). I work predominantly from home and have to go into the office only a couple days a week for a couple of hours. My dog and I take a morning and evening walk every day in the summer (and when it's cooler, during the middle of the day, too) and in the winter we typically walk in the middle of the day for maximum warmth and sunlight. I have a fenced yard and one dog of my own who is extremely friendly and chill. She has free roam of the house and sleeps in bed at night but if your dog is used to being crated I can accommodate that! When we commit to a pup, we coordinate as a team to make sure their routine is consistent and they’re getting all the love, play, and attention they need. Whether it’s a walk-heavy schedule or a snuggle-on-the-couch situation, we adjust with ease. 🏡 We live in a first-floor, multi-level condo in St. Paul’s historic Hill District, complete with a fenced-in backyard for safe and easy outside time. Indoors, it’s calm and cozy—ideal for dogs who like a peaceful home base. We've kennel-trained our own dogs and usually set up a small kennel under the bedside table, offering a quiet den-like space many pups naturally gravitate to. I am a part yoga instructor/business owner. With that I am able to create a flexible work for myself all the time. Meaning I can not only help you out with your animal but if you want I could teach you some yoga. I have an environment best suited for either a city/apartment living dog or cat. I live very close to Loring and Walker Arts, so there are plenty of walking trails near me.
