Mario took fantastic care of my cat while I was away for a long weekend. My cat needs meds daily and I had never boarded him before and was nervous about all of it. Mario was highly communicative both before and during my cat’s stay, and assured me through messages and videos that my cat was receiving the care he needed. Mario was attentive but also respected my cat’s moods and gave him space when needed. I will be back for future boarding needs!
Maxi (my girl cat) loved staying at Mario's. I was afraid she wouldn't want to come home. He played with her, fed her, groomed her, treated her like royalty. I definitely will have him babysit my girl again.
I cannot recommend Mario enough!! I was nervous to leave my anxious senior cat but Mario put so much effort into making sure he was comfortable and relaxed for his entire stay! I received daily updates on how my cat was doing/settling in and will absolutely be boarding him with Mario for all future trips!
Mario took great care of our not-so-social cat while we were away on a family trip. She was comfortable enough to come out around them, which is very rare for her, so that really says a lot. It was clear she felt safe and welcome in their home. We’re very thankful for the care she received and would absolutely trust Mario again.
