About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs all my life. I grew up showing dogs, both my family dogs and others. My family back home currently has three dogs, each a different size, from small to large, so I have experience with all sizes. I live in a great area for casual walks, with a dog park and a small lake nearby for the pups that are allowed to swim! I work full-time, in-office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. I take daily walks around my neighborhood in the evening. On weekends, I love exploring a new coffee shop and walking trail or just a longer walk in the areas near me. I’d love to bring your pet along with me on walks and for downtime on the couch afterwards! I don’t have a fenced yard, but there is a dog park where your pup can run freely. Outside of that, we have open grass areas where we can walk. All pups are welcome on furniture at my place and are welcome to enjoy the space as their own. I do have a patio that they’re more than welcome to sit outside and enjoy with me.

About: I have always owned dogs. I love dogs more than people and will treat your dog as if they were my own. I have experience with all dogs including, large dogs, senior dogs, and puppies. I currently work from home so I have the flexibility to meet your needs. I do not have childcare on Fridays so I am unable to see dogs on that day. I will treat your dog as my own. I will respect your space and finish the job I came to do. I like to spend a few minutes to say hello to the dog and make them comfortable.

About: I grew up with dogs since I was a kid- everything from German Shepherds and Great Danes to chihuahuas! While I don't have any formal training, I have always been around animals and learned a lot through personal experience. My husband and I rescued our five year old chihuahua from a rescue agency in West Virginia and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. It taught me a lot about the dedication, love, and patience it requires to make a rescue feel safe and comfortable. She is currently the only pet I have, but my family also has two chihuahuas so it's always fun to get them all together! I also have experience taking care of sick/elderly dogs. I lost my soul dog last year who suffered from heart failure and required nearly 24/7 care. I am a registered nurse with a background in cardiology, so it really hit home for me. Being in the medical field, I am naturally attentive to detail, compassionate, and have a strong regard for safety and communication. All of these things also apply when it comes to taking care of pets! Anyone that knows me knows my unwavering love for animals, especially dogs! I am currently taking a small hiatus from my nursing career so my availability is open at the moment. I am available on weekdays or weekends. Afternoons are preferred, but I don't have a set strict schedule and can be pretty flexible. I recently moved into a house where my dog finally has her first own backyard which has been such a joy to watch! I love basking outside in the sun with her and never leave her unattended. Around the house, she has plenty of spaces to cozy up and make her own. Whether it's walking in the neighborhood or staying around the house, I am always on high alert and aware of my surroundings. The same thing would apply for anyone else's pet whether it's in my home or the comfort of their own.
