She even went out of her way to bathe our two big pups before we returned from our trip, stripped the guest bedroom sheets, and I’m pretty sure she vacuumed for us! One of the most stressful parts of retuning from a long trip is coming home to a dirty house and dirty puppers. She made the transition home seamless and couldn’t have taken better care of our two dogs and two kitties while we were out of town for 5 days! About: i’ve taken care of dogs and cats since 2016, i have fostered dogs and cats since 2018! i regularly board my best friend’s dogs and take them on walks or dog sit! i work as a server so am home a lot of the time especially weekdays to care of animals but am also very active so pet sitting is perfect for my schedule! i am very active in general so it’s even better when i have animals with me! i have 2 friendly cats who are more like dogs, and live in a neighborhood with lots of space! my neighborhood yard is available, i also enjoy going on walks in the park!

About: I am an experienced kennel technician/vet tech assistant! I am comfortable handling and administering medications, know how to handle picky eaters, and I know what to look for with appetite and potty habits for health monitoring. I am especially experienced in caring for senior fur babies with arthritis, it is my goal with them to always make sure they are comfortable and are as active as they want to be. I even have experience in caring for diabetic fur babies. No matter the scenario my goal is to look after any fur kid as if they were my own, making sure they get nothing but the best and are as happy and healthy as they can be! I am a full time zookeeper, and I work 4 days a week! That leaves me three full days of extra time to devote to anyone’s fur babies and make new friends! Unfortunately the complex I live at does not allow me to care for pets that do not belong to me in my unit; however, in a clients home it is my goal to follow all instructions provided to me! I monitor them for as long as I am with them, and aside from usual care duties I enjoy getting to spend time with them to give them stimulation but also to make sure they still feel loved, including play time if they are feeling playful! It is my goal to always remain in communication with the parents, and if I am every unsure of anything I will ask them first. For walking dogs, I do not live far from Lettuce Lake if the parents would like them to go on a long walk, or just simply tell me if there is a route they prefer. I do always want to make sure I ask about their behavior around other dogs and people as I know this can affect where and how they are walked, but at the end of the day safety is my number 1 goal!

She took great care of Joy and kept us updated throughout her stay. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup and a house just as tidy as we left it. Our Priya loves Shawnna and she cannot wait to see her every time we travel. Shawnna is extremely caring and responsive. She takes our girl on long walks, plays with her in the park and gives her so much love. She also takes care of the pawrents as well. She maintains us informed always, she’s very accommodating and sweet. We love having her as Priya’s caretaker when we go out of town or on trips. You can tell Priya loves her too very much!
We’re so glad we found Morgann! She was kind, flexible, and just really easy to have in our home. She didn’t seem phased by all the different ins and outs of caring for our animals and our house and just went with the flow. She even stopped by a couple of times before we left so we could go over everything and the animals could get comfortable with her, which we really appreciated. We have an older special needs dog, and Morgann was incredibly patient with her and took such great care of her. She also left the house in great shape and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We were on a longer vacation than we’re used to taking, but we never had to worry about things at home. She was communicative when needed while also giving us the space to enjoy our vacation. We came home to happy pets and everything exactly as we left it. We’d absolutely have her back and highly recommend her!
It was such a GREAT decision to use Abigail to look after our three dogs and two cats in our home while we were out of the country on vacation. We contacted and booked her very last minute and Abigail was totally fine with it! She went above and beyond and walked all of the dogs, went to the store when they ran out of treats without us even having to ask, was home most of the day with them to give them lots of attention and love. Her communication was 10/10. She sent us photos multiple times a day, brought our mail and boxes in, let us know if food was low etc. All of our dogs and cats loved her. We will definitely be booking Abigail again.
Danielle is such a wonderful dog sitter! We recently moved to the area from another state and were nervous about finding the right dog sitter for our rescue, Burty, who has some stranger danger. We scheduled a meet and greet, and Danielle was so patient and intuitive with him and made him feel completely at ease.
