I genuinely enjoy having animals around, so pet care isn’t something I “fit in” as much as something I already build my life around. I always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved, like they’re just hanging out with a familiar friend! I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, bathroom breaks, and any special instructions you provide. I’m very attentive to details, whether that’s medication, leash preferences, crate routines, or little habits that help them feel at ease. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection (if they’re into that!). Since I have a husky myself, I’m very used to energetic walks, mental stimulation, and keeping dogs engaged and happy. In a client’s home, I’m respectful, clean, and treat the space with care. I always aim to leave things just as I found them (or better!) and I send regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel totally at ease while you’re away 🐾
