“Iliana has walked Honey multiple times. She’s wonderful with her. She is overly communicative, trustworthy, sweet to Honey, and always willing to help with whatever. I couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and genuinely just love being around them. I’m very active, love going on walks, and your dog will definitely get plenty of attention and exercise with me! I’ll treat your pup like my own and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I am currently a graduate student at USF with a consistent schedule. I love to exercise and go for walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise with me if they like it! I do a lot of work from home, so will be home with your dog too! When I do have clinic or class, it’s only 2-4 hours at a time I will be gone. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family while they’re in my home. I love spending time with dogs, so they’ll get lots of attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I also try to stick to their normal routine as much as possible so they feel relaxed and at home.

“Nigel carried my "baby" home the other day because she couldn't make it back on her own. He let me know and checked back in with between visits to see if she was ok. I knew Nigel was special since he began helping me with my dog but he went above and beyond, carrying a 65 pound pit bull home instead of dragging her and using harsh commands. I'm so glad I found him! He is truly a gift.”

About: Hi! I’m 19 years old and I’ve been surrounded by pets my entire life. I truly love animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care! ❤️🐾 Pet care fits very well into my routine. I study from Monday to Thursday and finish classes at 2 PM, which gives me plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to care for pets, go on walks, and give them the attention they need. I’m also available on weekends and can be flexible depending on each pet’s needs. I always prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets, whether in my home or my client’s home. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, including feeding instructions, walking schedules, and any special needs. I make sure the environment is clean, calm, and safe, and I never leave pets unattended during walks or playtime. I treat every pet with patience and respect, making sure they feel secure, loved, and comfortable at all times.
About: Started dog-walking/-sitting in my pre-teens. Owned 3 dogs during this time (two part-Lab and one Great Dane. All rescues). Kept a small, growing business which consisted of walking or being paid to stay a week with a dog. This continued until early 20s. Have since continued to sit family's, friends', and family friends' dogs over the years. No matter the size or breed I always manage to find a friend in new dogs. Epileptic, old, and those requiring medicine are not a problem. Whether or not they adhere to commands isn't a problem. I've had very obedient dogs and known many that ran the house. Either way, we'll get along fine. I'm never out of the house for long. Maybe 4 hours max, but rarely more than 2. Our old lady used to need a lot of attention, so I'm used to life revolving around a dog upon entry, before leaving, and taking a break every 30 minutes to give some love. Fenced in yard. We have a designated spot in a public walkway for food and water but can move as needs depict. Doors to back rooms are shut when not being used. Nothing heavy or sharp that can fall or come in contact with your pet. We had a 17.5 year old so the house was made as safe as possible for her.
About: I work from home and am available throughout the day to provide companionship and keep an eye on your buddy. My yard is fenced in and I enjoy playing with and caring for dogs. Currently I have a small toy fox terrier dog, she’s 15 years old and 7 pounds. I can only accept dogs that are crate trained and will sleep in their crate at night. I work from home M-F and can let your dog out in my fenced in yard for frequent bathroom breaks throughout the day. During lunch and after work I can take your dog for a long walk/run if that’s what they like! I have a fenced in yard that keeps in the smallest of dogs Because I have a cat, your dog must sleep in a crate at night if staying at my home.
About: I’m a dogs best friend, I like walking and being outside as much as they do! I grew up in a dog household and then began caring for dogs in clients homes for over 15 years now. I’ve taken care of 5 dogs, 5 cats and 15 rabbits at one time in one household before! I’ve never trained my own pets but I’ve assisted with training by enforcing the clients training commands and wishes. Im in good shape and can hike or go for extra long walks if you have an active animal. I’ll love and treat your dog as if it were my own. I think dogs are the best listeners and I love to mirror their unconditional love. I have several references to put you in contact with per request. I have a flexible schedule right now and would love to fill my open hours with pet visits and dog walking. I’m often available for last minute bookings. I have a fully fenced in backyard available for your dog to run. I do not have my own crates so a crate would need to be provided if necessary.
“Joycemar treats Heidi like she’s her own baby. Heidi is always so happy to see her! She spoils her so much and gives her all the love and attention she needs when I’m working my 12 hour shifts 🥰”

Old Seminol Heights dog parents share their Rover experiences
Woof! Hi, it’s me, Lucy. I am using my hooman’s phonr (don’t ask how) because I simply must leave a review for my Rover sitter, Jenna. First of all, when my hooman left, I thought “oh no…”. But the Jenna walked in, smelled like treats, sunshine, and someone who definitely knows how to scratch behind my ears properly. Jenna walked me and even threw the ball for me at the park! I even got a belly rub when we got back. Now that is service! Can’t wait for Jenna to walk me again! A++++

We have loved working with Jordan! She really goes the extra mile when taking care of my pup. He is typically timid with new walkers but she knows exactly how to make him comfortable. They even play a hide and seek game with treats that he loves! It really puts my mind at ease while working knowing that she’s going to be caring for him. Also wonderful communicating when she will be getting there and all details of the visit.
