About: I worked at a doggy day care for years and miss hanging out and caring for all the pups! I’ve cared for friends, family and neighbors pets for years, of all sizes and breeds. I’m comfortable administering medication if need be and will always take extra special care of your loved ones. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! 💜 I’m currently a single stay at home mom with my 2 boys. My schedule is very flexible and I more often than not can accept same day bookings/visits! My cat is on a strict feeding schedule with prescription food so I understand how important it is to be punctual. I walk my sisters dog every other day (the evenings she’s working late and can’t do it herself) and love providing enrichment games for both pets to make sure they’re living their best and happiest life!

“She is great with my newly adopted anxious dog. Always keeps me up to date with how my sweet girl is doing and helped put me at ease for leaving her alone. I know peanut is in good hands with her!”

“Joel did a fantastic job with my dog. Great communication and very prompt! He took great care and went above and beyond helping out. Will definitely be using him again.”

“Tina has been great with our nervous pittie :) she has great communication and always leave a detailed report card after the walks. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“Brooke has taken great care of my pup 😊 We had a very nice meet and greet beforehand and Daisy was so excited to see her again! She sent great updates and adorable pics of her throughout the walk as well!”

“Roxana was great! Highly recommend her. She took great care of my Bella with absolutely no issues. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks Roxana!”

“Wonderful dog walker and professional.”

About: I have been house sitting and pet sitting for a while now. And I really do enjoy my work. This is my first time using Rover. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life. I help my partner take care of his boarding and daycare clients. I'm a big fan of dogs and cats. They love me too. I'm a former social worker. But these days I cherish the time I get to spend with my pet clients. I have lots of time to offer in this regard. Always up for a snuggle. I enjoy walking and playing with your pups. I'll treat them as if they were my own!🐶 I have a fully fenced yard. Lots of room to roam. I have lots of time to offer your pets. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

About: I’m a chaos-proof big dog lover with a soft spot for the anxious, the awkward, and the wildly affectionate. I used to work as a professional trainer with Tip Top K9 (one of the top-rated dog training companies in the country), so I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs — from stubborn working breeds to sweet but nervous pups who need extra patience. I specialize in large and giant breeds — they’re my favorite! But I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether your pup needs calm structure, energetic play, or someone to just sit quietly and exist with them, I’m your girl. I offer: 🐾 House sitting in your home (calmer for most dogs) 🐾 Dog walking, potty breaks, and play sessions 🐾 Light daily grooming like brushing and paw care I’m neurodivergent and animal-focused — detail-oriented, very tuned in to canine body language, and happiest when I’m building trust with a shy or high-energy dog. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and helping them feel safe, loved, and seen. If your dog is big, bold, anxious, or just a little weird — they’re my kind of pup. Let me know how I can help give them the best care possible while you’re away! Rover is my full time so I have availability every single day, including weekends and holidays and can be available at any time of the day. I've done overnight sitting as well as check ins, so I'm comfortable with either, or a combination depending on you and your pets needs, I have experience with cats and dogs and other exotic animals such as pigs, birds, fish, and small animals so I'm comfortable checking in and feeding any other animals or plants as directed if needed. I can stop in for emergency let outs or walks if you happen to be out later than expected for no additional cost. I also offer free basic grooming because I feel it's incredibly important that every pet have access to daily grooming.

About: I have lived with and cared for dogs my whole life and have helped foster kittens for the past 4 years. I have also owned Bunnies, hamsters, guinea pigs, chameleons and chickens! 🐾 I love nothing more than meeting animals and getting to know what makes them happiest! I will always treat your animals as my own and make sure they feel special. I have a wide variety of dog care experience big and small, old and young, high-energy and lazy. My childhood dog is now 18 mostly blind and deaf and I make accommodations so she can stay safe and still stroll around outside when she wants to. I also have puppy experience as young as 3 months and will do my best to keep them out of trouble! I start Graduate school in fall so currently have a completely free summer! I have plenty of time to give your pets the best care and attention possible 💖 I want to get to know your pet as well as possible to help keep them safe, comfortable and happy! What is their favorite walking route? How do they react to other dogs? Do they have anything they’re afraid of so we can avoid it? Do they have a favorite treat/toy? Do they enjoy high-activity or low-activity? For both drop-ins and walks I will regularly send updates and photos so you can relax and know that your baby is receiving the best possible care!

About: I have always owned cats and dogs, they make life a little brighter. I have currently have a crazy little ginger cat. I try to do some shelter and animal homing volunteer work when I can and would love any opportunities to help others with their fur baby's at home. I work at home so l'm very flexible. Would love to help you out when needed! I'd describe my personality as gentle, loving and kind. I currently work from home so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I’m free on weekdays and most weekends unless I’m traveling. I have a friendly cat who gets a long great with other cats and dogs. He has lived with dogs since he was a baby. I have a backyard and live in a great walkable neighborhood.

About: As a lifelong big guy and animal lover, I bring calm, confident, consistent care to pets of all sizes and ages with experience with men's, mobility, grooming, and affection routines. I care for my own fur children but my current work doesn't require my attention for more than couple hours a day so I am very open to scheduling arrangements around any time frame. My girls thrive in a calm and consistent environment so that's exactly what I try my best to provide. I prioritize safety at all times, keeping steady routines, closely monitor behavior, and always using pet-safe products. I am always mindful of entrances (mostly not to hit my head) leashes, and feeding times, and I'll never leave pets unattended. I like to build trust with animals through quiet presence, patience, and clear intentions communicated. My goal is to make your animal companion feel secure, comfortable, and cared for like family.

“Great with my pup. Always on time and accommodated to any change. I wish she could keep walking Rafa but I understand she has other commitments. Emma gave me enough advance notice, which shows being responsible and respectful. I will definitely trust her with my pup again ??”

“David was so thorough and engaged with making sure my dog Heidi had all of her needs met and more! I fully trust him for Heidi’s well-being and safety, I know she’s bummed when it’s me coming through the front door and not him! ? thanks for everything you do for her David!”

“If you ever need someone reliable to watch your furry friend, Amanda is your girl!! :) She is Bella’s new buddy!! Thank you thank you thank you!”

About: I currently care for two cats, and in the past have had a range of dogs/cats in my life. I am studying my certificate IV Companion Animal Services and volunteer regularly at my local SPCA. I have experience with different medical conditions so I am equip to distribute medicine as well as fulfill specific medical regimes. I live very close to parks as well have my own front and back yard so your fur baby and I will definitely be taking full advantage of all the dog parks there and spending lots of time outdoors whether it be the park, a hike, or just a walk around the neighborhood!:) I've been a sitter for years and one thing I've gotten really good at is balancing my own personal schedule with providing the best care. A day with me on this schedule usually starts at about 8am when we wake up and go on a walk and eat breakfast usually 8:30. I make sure the house is cozy and well prepared for anything that could happen if I need to step out of the house for any reason. Since I do work full time as a pet sitter I will have most of my time taking care of your fur baby. I like to take advantage of the day and we go for a longer walk or maybe even make our way up to the park if weather is ideal. Your pet is treated as if they are my own when in my care and I always pay the finest attention I can to them as I recognize the stresses they are already in being away from home. I live in a duplex house that has a backyard as well as a large front yard. I am currently only doing house sitting but will treat your home with the upmost care. Since I work on Rover full time I am able to keep up with any service needed from me. Whether that is a drop off or drop in or just a few simple walks is just great for my open schedule. I have multiple toys and treats. Your pet is my pet when in my care so I will do the very best to keep them happy and healthy in my care.

Sophia A.
“Sophia was my dog sitter for about 2 years. She was absolutely wonderful! My dog Rocky is an old man and he needs a bit of special care. She was very attentive to all his medical needs (medicine, eye drops) and just making sure he was loved while I was out of town. Sophia was also very punctual which I appreciate because Rocky couldn’t hold his bladder as well and had medicine that needed to be taken at specific times. Long story short she was the best dog walker/sitter I’ve had!”

Michelle L.
“Michelle has a natural ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, from playful puppies to senior dogs with special needs. She’s attentive, responsible, and always goes the extra mile to ensure their comfort and happiness—whether it’s sticking to their feeding schedules, taking them on engaging walks, or providing plenty of belly rubs and playtime. I’ve trusted her with my own dog, and I can say without hesitation that she’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in their well-being. Beyond her skills, Michelle’s warm personality and dedication make her a perfect fit for dog sitting. She’s the kind of person who sends updates with photos and videos, giving owners peace of mind while they’re away. Any dog in her care is lucky to have her, and I’m confident she’ll exceed your expectations as a dog sitter.”

Mia P.
“Mia is very mindful and works very hard. She helped watch my dog in 2019 for a week when I was going through a surgery and I'm so grateful she was able to help me. I wish she lived in Saint Louis again so I could have her walk my dogs. Your animals are like your children, finding someone like Mia to assist when life gets hectic is valuable.”

Elizabeth P.
“I’m so so grateful for Liz stepping in to take care of my fat fluffy bestfriend when I was away. I had zero anxieties with her watching over my sweet boy and knowing she went above and beyond made all of the difference. She sent me so many pics and facetimed me when I was missing my fluffy butt!!! I can’t recommend her more. My cat, Gucci, also asked to write a review you can find below. From my cat— “I might be tiny but I know a good human to care for me when I meet one. When my human was away, Liz stepped in with love, cuddles, and sweet treats to help with my cat anxiety. She kept my box clean, my food bowl full, and was a true servant to me. Sorry, I meant caregiver*. 10/10 would nap with her again.””

Ryan C.
“Ryan has cared for our cats while we were away multiple times and has always done an exemplary job. Ryan is a caring and compassionate individual and has always been an animal lover. Ryan has many pets of his own and has the experience and knowledge to care for any animal he is tasked to sit for.”

Catherine L.
“Catherine is the best sitter that you will find. My two pitbulls are a handful but she takes care of them with stride. She gives updates daily with pictures and videos which really eases my wife’s nerves. We typically never let people take care of our girls with all the stigma about pitbulls and all the aggressive mambojambo but she really went out of her way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We love her and hopefully will get to book with her again soon!”
