About: I am an experienced kennel technician/vet tech assistant! I am comfortable handling and administering medications, know how to handle picky eaters, and I know what to look for with appetite and potty habits for health monitoring. I am especially experienced in caring for senior fur babies with arthritis, it is my goal with them to always make sure they are comfortable and are as active as they want to be. I even have experience in caring for diabetic fur babies. No matter the scenario my goal is to look after any fur kid as if they were my own, making sure they get nothing but the best and are as happy and healthy as they can be! I am a full time zookeeper, and I work 4 days a week! That leaves me three full days of extra time to devote to anyone’s fur babies and make new friends! Unfortunately the complex I live at does not allow me to care for pets that do not belong to me in my unit; however, in a clients home it is my goal to follow all instructions provided to me! I monitor them for as long as I am with them, and aside from usual care duties I enjoy getting to spend time with them to give them stimulation but also to make sure they still feel loved, including play time if they are feeling playful! It is my goal to always remain in communication with the parents, and if I am every unsure of anything I will ask them first. For walking dogs, I do not live far from Lettuce Lake if the parents would like them to go on a long walk, or just simply tell me if there is a route they prefer. I do always want to make sure I ask about their behavior around other dogs and people as I know this can affect where and how they are walked, but at the end of the day safety is my number 1 goal!

“Emma is simply amazing! She stayed at our house for 11 days and took great care of our dog and cat while were abroad. Our dog, a Boston Terrier, requires to be fed 4 times a day because of the many supplements and meds he needs to keep his Inflammatory Bowel disease in control. It's a lot of work for us, but we are his parents and we do it. Emma took over this task without missing a beat. She was also good sports when she needed to walk 11 floors by stairs because the elevators in our building were turned off due to Hurricane Idalia. She was caring for our pets, respectful to our home, and kept us updated. I liked her so much that we have plans to book her twice in the near future.”

About: I have been around dogs sense I can remember. I currently still assist my dad that welps and assist with grooming on weekends. I have always helped with walking and maintaining a healthy diet for our dogs and puppies and sometimes a family members. As I currently work from home part time and decided to take on my own personal time to care for dogs at my home. I am kind to dogs and very Pet friendly I can assure your Dog will be in great hands as I will provide a second home and great services to your dogs as my own. I am available all day and night as I stay home with my kids. I am at your service as needed,I am also open to any suggestions or needs. I live in a house that's gated and dog protected. I also have a patio that I let my dog out to air herself out . I have two fluffy beds and plenty of dog toys and treats. For those needed I have 2 dog crates.At your services.
“Can I just say WOW...this girl is amazing. She took care of our beautiful girl (dog) for our 5 day trip. She walked her 3 times a day, snuggled, played, and gave her lots of attention. I was a bit concerned after the last girl who pupper sat - and Alexus took all those concerns away. She left our house clean like she wasn't even there! Alexus was extremely accomodating to start pet/house sitting for us last minute. I have never used Rover before and was very hesistant to because my dogs are both seniors with one having a strict round-the-clock medication schedule for his epilepsy. I couldn't have been happier with how professional, communicative, and genuinely sweet Alexus was during her time in my home. She provided constant updates with photos, gave my 2 senior dogs and kitten the same attention and care that I would, and left my house cleaner than before she arrived. I will absolutely use her services again in the future!
Ava was wonderful! She was available on short notice and even made time to meet Joy beforehand. She’s very sweet and clearly loves animals. She took great care of Joy and kept us updated throughout her stay. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup and a house just as tidy as we left it. We really appreciated her flexibility and would definitely book her again!
Elizabeth was more than expected! I found myself in a last-minute jam and desperate. When I reached out to Rover for help, she responded to my inquiry within minutes. She made time to come over, understand the circumstances, and take it from there! She gave frequent updates and sent pics. She communicated behaviors or actions that may have been out of the ordinary, and I think after a week of care with her, my "brother" Louie loves her more than us! I will be using her again because I felt relief when Louie was in her care; she went way above and beyond not only my expectations but also expectations I didn't even know I should have in a dog-care service! It was such a GREAT decision to use Abigail to look after our three dogs and two cats in our home while we were out of the country on vacation. We contacted and booked her very last minute and Abigail was totally fine with it! She went above and beyond and walked all of the dogs, went to the store when they ran out of treats without us even having to ask, was home most of the day with them to give them lots of attention and love. Her communication was 10/10. She sent us photos multiple times a day, brought our mail and boxes in, let us know if food was low etc. All of our dogs and cats loved her. We will definitely be booking Abigail again.
Danielle is such a wonderful dog sitter! We recently moved to the area from another state and were nervous about finding the right dog sitter for our rescue, Burty, who has some stranger danger. We scheduled a meet and greet, and Danielle was so patient and intuitive with him and made him feel completely at ease.
