They organized the meet & greet to be introduced to Ludo prior to the booking, so it gave us all a chance to get familiar with each other and go through his daily routine. They both seem to be very experienced with dogs and comfortable with puppies. The day of the booking, I received many picture and video updates throughout the day. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for amazing pet care for their loved one(s).”
