She made sure my dog felt completely safe, comfortable, and loved at all times. You can truly tell she has a natural connection with animals and treats them as if they were her own. My dog can be a little particular, and she handled everything with so much patience, care, and attention to detail. My dog loves her 🤩 What I appreciated the most was her communication — she kept me updated throughout the day with messages, photos, and little updates that gave me so much peace of mind. I never once felt worried because I knew my dog was in the best hands. She was also incredibly reliable, punctual, and respectful of my home. Everything was exactly as I left it (if not better!), and she followed all instructions perfectly. It’s not easy to find someone you can fully trust with your pet, but she exceeded all expectations.
