From the very first meeting my anxiety started to evaporate when I noticed Emma's genuine love and compassion for animals and my dog warmed up to her immediately. Emma went above and beyond with everything by taking my dog on longer walks, staying extra time to play with him, and even doing extra tidying up around the house! She also kept us in the loop with constant updates and adorable pictures.
