“We booked last minute after our previous Rover cancelled. We were panicked to say the least but after having our dog with her, I’m glad the other person cancelled. First off, she was very responsive all throughout the process (before,during,ending). Next her house is in a safe area, is in close proximity to USF and has a big backyard space. She sent us three photos over the course of the doggie daycare day (about 5-6 hours) and we could just tell our dog was having a blast. We also got confirmation of this upon pick her up when she greeted us and she started snoozing. We could tell she was well taken care of and was treated like another one of the family. Her and her partner were great and Merlot got a cute goodie bag and bandanna at the end of the day. Last in her profile she mentioned English as a second language but she’s very modest about this my husband and I chatted with her and her partner and language was never an issue or barrier. Thank you for taking exceptional care of our dog and we will most definitely rebook in the future.”

Triana was so patient with me, especially since this was my first time using Rover. Triana kept me informed and sent me multiple pics of Mia. She is so sweet and I am so grateful for her service. “Rachel did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier in her home for the day while we went to Busch Gardens. She was very quick to communicate with us before, during and after his stay. About: As a dog owner, I know how stressful it can be leaving my fur baby. I’ll do anything to make him/her feel right at home! My availability changes as I do work. I have a lot of free time to stay home with my pet, take him to the dog park and on walks. I believe in treating pets like children of the home. I take my dog out at least four times during the day to use the restroom and when the weather allows, I take him to the park or for an extensive walk/play time . He eats pretty healthy and gets treats for his behavior. He’s 1 and enjoys having other dogs around. We have a dog park right outside my apartment
