Victoria was amazing she always updated me on how my dear Robert was doing. Responded in a timely manner, made sure he was fed and walked. I’m so grateful to have found her and I will be rebooking !!! If you haven’t booked with her your missing out on addition love and attention for your pet <3
Victoria was friendly, communicative, and took great care of my dog. She kept me updated with photos throughout the stay, and when I picked him up, he didn’t want to leave! I would definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again.
I was a repeat customer. After checking my video footage..... With a heavy heart I have to say I will never use Victoria again. I am a Christian and have no desire to harm her reputation, so I will keep it brief "as possible". On mutiple occasions she chose to leave my dog for several hours without access to food or water. In turn he use the bathroom in the house and she failed to disinfect/clean it up good. There was poop on the floor in the foyer, on my dogs bed and she left wet purple towel with poop on it my backyard patio. This was my second time users her. I didnt not check the footage the first time. I assumed it went well. I have a smart home with mutiple cameras and sensors. I decided to check this time after I walked in and saw poop on my floor. I will end by saying, it was very dishearting to see my dog laying around alone without water for some many hours knowing I was paying someone a premium price to sit with him. That is a safety concern for me.
