When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize following all instructions exactly as given to maintain the pet’s normal routine and comfort. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure before walks and that pets are supervised at all times. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior so I can respond quickly if anything seems off or if they need extra reassurance. I also keep the environment calm, clean, and stress free, and I respect the client’s home by leaving everything as I found it. Communication is important to me, so I provide updates and make sure owners feel confident their pet is safe and well cared for.

This was the first time we used Rover and we are very pleased. Erin was fantastic. She was very responsible, and communicative and responded to our texts very quickly. She loves animals and immediately took to our dachshunds and they really liked her as well. The pups were great when we arrived home and our house looked like we never left. I would definitely use Erin again if need be and highly recommend her.
Erin followed my dogs' schedule exactly as instructed. I was very happy with the care she provided, giving them plenty of attention, cuddles, and love while I was away. We had bad weather that weekend, which makes one of my dogs very nervous, but Erin was always home with them, making sure they felt safe and cared for. Erin was absolutely outstanding! She was arrived on time and was extremely communicative, sending us updates daily complete with adorable photos and videos of our babies. She even went out of her way to bathe our two big pups before we returned from our trip, stripped the guest bedroom sheets, and I’m pretty sure she vacuumed for us! One of the most stressful parts of retuning from a long trip is coming home to a dirty house and dirty puppers. She made the transition home seamless and couldn’t have taken better care of our two dogs and two kitties while we were out of town for 5 days! We will definitely be booking with Erin again for our next trip!! 😊

Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I already have consistent experience working around dogs and structured care environments. I’m generally flexible throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, and I’m comfortable adjusting my schedule based on a pet’s needs. I’m used to early mornings, midday check-ins, and evening care routines from my time working at a doggy daycare, so I’m able to stay consistent with feeding, walks, and medication schedules. I prioritize reliability, so once I commit to a booking, I make sure I’m fully available and on time for every visit.
