About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

About: I’ve had a deep love and passion for animals since I was a child. I’m known to take in strays and help them either find their home or get them to a shelter so they can be taken care of . I’m very patient with every kind of animal , puppies and juveniles are my favorite seeing as though they have the most energy . I’m currently working part-time so I have all the time to sit in house with pups or cats. I’m available to board on weekends and can even provide pickup and drop off services. I have a fenced in yard and if need be I’m open to watching them from your home. All animals are free roam unless you want them crated .

About: I have previous experience in dog, cat, and house sitting. I’ve had several pets throughout my life and all have lived long healthy lives in my care. I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. I follow directions well and will give your furry friend the best care possible. Currently working my own hours, so I am flexible and free to visit whenever you need me. If you have any special requests, just let me know and we can work out pricing. My home is unfortunately unavailable for boarding. But I’m comfortable taking care of pets in all types of environments and don’t mind traveling with them in my car if you’d like me to enrich their day at a dog park or on a nature trail.

About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I grew up around all types of dogs from dachshund to labs and have a 3 year old Shepard mix and 3 cats who are 6, 12, and 17. I use to house sit and walk dogs in college during the summers at Ole Miss and really enjoyed spending spending time with animals. About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. Eventually I worked my way up to veterinary technician and went to school for it. During all my years I learned all about dog/cat breeds. I learned about dogs body languages and signs I need to know to make sure they are always comfortable and also got to learn some training tricks along the way too! Now being retired I use all this knowledge while caring for pets and sometimes still teaching pet owners. My passion and love for animals is still as strong as it was as a little girl and I can’t wait to love on all your fur-babies! Hi there!! About: I have taken care of animals since I was 8. I have a dog who turns 8 this year, which I take full responsibility, that includes: vet visits, grooming, and activities. I also have trained her to do cool tricks! I've taken care of my sister's 2 dogs as well while she was on vacation. I have a lot of experience with small animals too! I have the whole summer off from college, and I am recovering from my illness, so I believe that taking care of a pet will fit into my schedule without interrupting doctor visits. It also is not as straining as a retail job. I will make sure to check for areas that could cause harm to an animal and provide a solution to the problem to ensure safety. I am also schedule sensitive, so I make sure that animals get fed on time.

About: I have had pets since I was a child . From fish, turtles, dogs , cats and a guinea pig . I love animals so much. I am currently working part time and I’m usually gone 4-5 hours a day . Other than that I am home pretty much all day. I have a small fenced in yard that would be great for your pet to get a breath of fresh air . And enjoy some play time

About: I am overly loving towards dogs and have all the patience for them. I currently work in health care and am comfortable taking care of pet special needs! I currently work night shift in the emergency room so my schedule is quite flexible. I have almost half off the month off and do better when I have plans such as watching your pet! I currently cannot take any pets to my home but I am more than willing to come to yours! I like to leave things better than I found them.

About: I love animals. I have been caring for pets for over a little over two years with my mom’s business. I’m able to give shots if needed. I’m willing to pet sit Horses, dogs, cats, and birds. I have two horses, two dogs, and two cats. With taking care of the horses I am also willing to ride them and keep them in shape for you while you are out of town. I’m willing to walk And play with your dogs to keep them happy and get their Energy out. I’m willing to drive to your house 2-4 times a day and take care of the pets as well as stay there if needed to do so. I have watched animals from 6 months - 15 years old. I’m qualified with giving medication, being patient, loving, and caring for animals! Currently working in the office but very flexible with checking in on your animal/home during lunch time and after work hours of course! Taking animals on walks, checking the mail, spoiling your furry friends or whatever you may need! In my current situation I am not able to have pets stay over, but I have spent nights and days at other people’s home with their pets or just house sitting.
