About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve spent many years caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and clients. I have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies to sweet senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. What sets me apart is the level of attention I give every pet. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and preferences so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, medication, extra cuddle time, or simply keeping them company, I care for every pet as if they were my own. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I strive to provide that peace of mind every single visit. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to provide dependable care throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays when available. Because pet care is my priority, I can accommodate regular walks, drop-in visits, overnight house sitting, and customized schedules to meet your pet’s needs. I understand that every family has a different routine, and I’m happy to work with yours to help your pet feel comfortable and cared for. When caring for pets in your home, I treat both your pets and your home with the same respect and care I would my own. I carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and any special needs to help your pet maintain a sense of normalcy while you’re away. Safety is always my top priority. During walks, I use secure leashing practices, stay alert to our surroundings, and make sure pets are safely returned home after every outing. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I keep your home tidy, double-check doors and gates, and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can. I love getting to care for pet’s in their own home, as it adds an extra level of comfort for them. I love learning their routines and following a structure that is familiar to them to make things a little less stressful!

About: I’ve always taken care of dogs, mine, my families, and friends. They life exciting, there’s simply not much better than the smiles they give me. I train part time. I have plenty of time in between sessions so it is just perfect for my schedule and daily routine. As well as flexibility. I have a fenced in yard at my dads with a Great Dane, and I have to walk my moms maltipoo and morkie. I’ve also always had a cat or 2 and even a few reptiles. Nothing scares me so I can do it all 🤣.

About: Back in 2014, I attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology, graduated early with my diploma in Assistance Animal Laboratory Technicians, also with a certification in Purina Mills Animal Care Course. I have done an internship with North Shelby Animal Shelter as well as Bartlett Animal Shelte, where I took stray dogs/ abandoned out for walks and to play. Most of the dogs I encountered with at the shelter were sweet and loving dogs that just need a friend and time to spend with a person. I treated those dogs as my own. I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I will love and care for them, as if they where my own.
