About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

About: I have previous experience in dog, cat, and house sitting. I’ve had several pets throughout my life and all have lived long healthy lives in my care. I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. I follow directions well and will give your furry friend the best care possible. Currently working my own hours, so I am flexible and free to visit whenever you need me. If you have any special requests, just let me know and we can work out pricing. My home is unfortunately unavailable for boarding. But I’m comfortable taking care of pets in all types of environments and don’t mind traveling with them in my car if you’d like me to enrich their day at a dog park or on a nature trail.

About: I’ve had a deep love and passion for animals since I was a child. I’m known to take in strays and help them either find their home or get them to a shelter so they can be taken care of . I’m very patient with every kind of animal , puppies and juveniles are my favorite seeing as though they have the most energy . I’m currently working part-time so I have all the time to sit in house with pups or cats. I’m available to board on weekends and can even provide pickup and drop off services. I have a fenced in yard and if need be I’m open to watching them from your home. All animals are free roam unless you want them crated .

About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

I’m happy to follow each pet owner’s routines, feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special preferences to help pets feel comfortable and secure. If needed, I can also crate pets according to the owner’s instructions and comfort level.

Safety is always my top priority. During walks, I use secure leashing practices, stay alert to our surroundings, and make sure pets are safely returned home after every outing. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I keep your home tidy, double-check doors and gates, and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. I know a lot about enriching and fulfilling lots of different breeds needs! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to help take care of pets that need it. I am free weekday mornings mostly and sometimes even the weekend! I follow any rules you give me about caring for your pet because I would expect the same for my four dogs! I also love bonding with new dogs!

About: Back in 2014, I attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology, graduated early with my diploma in Assistance Animal Laboratory Technicians, also with a certification in Purina Mills Animal Care Course. I have done an internship with North Shelby Animal Shelter as well as Bartlett Animal Shelte, where I took stray dogs/ abandoned out for walks and to play. Most of the dogs I encountered with at the shelter were sweet and loving dogs that just need a friend and time to spend with a person. I treated those dogs as my own. I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I will love and care for them, as if they where my own.

About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can. I love getting to care for pet’s in their own home, as it adds an extra level of comfort for them. I love learning their routines and following a structure that is familiar to them to make things a little less stressful!

About: I have had pets since I was a child . From fish, turtles, dogs , cats and a guinea pig . I love animals so much. I am currently working part time and I’m usually gone 4-5 hours a day . Other than that I am home pretty much all day. I have a small fenced in yard that would be great for your pet to get a breath of fresh air . And enjoy some play time

About: I love animals. I have been caring for pets for over a little over two years with my mom’s business. I’m able to give shots if needed. I’m willing to pet sit Horses, dogs, cats, and birds. I have two horses, two dogs, and two cats. With taking care of the horses I am also willing to ride them and keep them in shape for you while you are out of town. I’m willing to walk And play with your dogs to keep them happy and get their Energy out. I’m willing to drive to your house 2-4 times a day and take care of the pets as well as stay there if needed to do so. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12. My family has always relied on me to watch their animals. When my sister goes out of town, I always watch her 4 dogs. When my other sister goes out of town, I feed her cats and love on them while she’s gone. I’m a full time college student at baptist, majoring in nursing. I only go to school on Tuesday and Thursday every week for 2 hours, so I’m really always free! I have a fenced yard. I have 2 dogs of my own, and they love making new friends! We always go on car rides every night because that is their favorite thing to do! They also love playing outside, and they love going to the dog park!

About: I worked at the PetSmart Pets hotel for several years. I also worked at Camp Bow Wow. Ive taken care of lots of fur babies. I have a cat and a dog. I'm currently working part time as a receptionist. I work Monday-Thursday from 12PM-5PM. It leaves me with plenty of time to house sit and spend time caring for animals. I am respectful of other peoples spaces. I am loving towards all animals. When I am pet sitting I give the animals lots of attention. When i am house sitting I make sure to leave the space tidy. I am able to watch dogs overnight in my home. Again I have a dog who loves to play with other dogs. I kennel him when I leave the house for short periods of time. There are two dog parks in my area. We usually go on walks and hit up the dog park. I would bring your dog along with permission. I have open availability for pet sitting. I can pet sit at your house or mine. I am available for walks and drop ins too. My pets have breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. We go on a walk in the morning and then when I get off of work. We go to the dog park a lot. I make sure to keep the dogs on leashes whenever we leave the residence. <3

About: Growing up in Arkansas, it gave me that country life! I’ve had ducks, a goat, a rabbit, horses, cats, ponies, dogs, and chickens as my responsibilities to take care of. It was hard work, although I didn’t see it that way because I enjoy spending time with animals. This passion for animals has encouraged me to join 4-H( Marion/West Memphis Arkansas area), actively volunteer at animal shelters, join the Humane Society of Tennessee, and currently am working on my Vet Tech certifications. I also have 3 years of experience dealing with domestic and farm animals! I have a very fexible schedule and I’m home almost all the time. You tell me what you need, and I will definitely make sure I’m there for your pet! I care for your pet in my home by taking them out 2-3 times daily or as needed per the owner. I can provide bowls, blankets, pee pads, and a kennel for your pets if needed. I have a lot of toys to keep your pet engaged and I don’t have a pet so i have plenty of love to spread! We go on walks or the dog park on good sunny days. I send pics and sometimes videos during there stay. I care for pets in client’a home by abiding by the rules or task the client instructs me to do for there pet during the stay. I play with the pet while I’m there multiple times during the day and I make sure i leave the place how i came in or better. I usually clean before I leave and make sure everything is done as instructed by my clients!
