About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

About: I’ve had a deep love and passion for animals since I was a child. I’m known to take in strays and help them either find their home or get them to a shelter so they can be taken care of . I’m very patient with every kind of animal , puppies and juveniles are my favorite seeing as though they have the most energy . I’m currently working part-time so I have all the time to sit in house with pups or cats. I’m available to board on weekends and can even provide pickup and drop off services. I have a fenced in yard and if need be I’m open to watching them from your home. All animals are free roam unless you want them crated .

If needed, I can also crate pets according to the owner’s instructions and comfort level.

Safety is always my top priority. During walks, I use secure leashing practices, stay alert to our surroundings, and make sure pets are safely returned home after every outing. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I keep your home tidy, double-check doors and gates, and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I grew up dog sitting and dog walking for family and friends and I have one dog of my own. I work from home so I am able to provide 24/7 care for your fur baby! I am active and can provide a lot of exercise for your pet, and also lots of cuddles for more laid back pets. I can guarantee I will provide the best care for your fur baby! I currently work from home so I am available at all times during the day. I love taking trips to nearby parks, a walk around the neighborhood, or even hitting the trails! I always keep my dog leashes no matter where we go and have a long lead to use in open fields. About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. Eventually I worked my way up to veterinary technician and went to school for it. During all my years I learned all about dog/cat breeds. I learned about dogs body languages and signs I need to know to make sure they are always comfortable and also got to learn some training tricks along the way too! Now being retired I use all this knowledge while caring for pets and sometimes still teaching pet owners. My passion and love for animals is still as strong as it was as a little girl and I can’t wait to love on all your fur-babies! Hi there!! I’m a retired veterinary technician with 10+ years of experience caring for animals and advocating for their well-being. Now a dedicated stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, I want to help families care for their animals while they work! About: I have previous experience in dog, cat, and house sitting. I’ve had several pets throughout my life and all have lived long healthy lives in my care. I currently volunteer with House of Mews on a weekly basis. I have knowledge and experience in caregiving, bathing, and administering medicine. I follow directions well and will give your furry friend the best care possible. Currently working my own hours, so I am flexible and free to visit whenever you need me. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can. I love getting to care for pet’s in their own home, as it adds an extra level of comfort for them. About: I have had pets since I was a child . From fish, turtles, dogs , cats and a guinea pig . I love animals so much. I am currently working part time and I’m usually gone 4-5 hours a day . I then gained clients and have been pet sitting from my home and others ever since. I have always dreamed of opening my own dog boarding and then remember I won't even take my own dog to be boarded! That is why I do what I do now, to nurture to love and to calm your pets nerves. I understand that it can be sometimes even more nerve racking for the owner then the pet... I am that owner! We do not have any children and do not plan on it anytime soon! We are totally content with fur babies for now! A typical day at our home for your pet would include waking up in our bed, breakfast, mornings outside pending on weather (I have an outdoor desk), playing with millions of toys we can't seem to stop buying and of course when Alex comes home a walk around the neighborhood. We can't wait to meet you and your sweet fur baby! Dogs and cats are my whole life I care for them just as children. I love exercise and getting outside so pet care has come as a joy to me not just a chore. Dog walking, bathing, playing, co sleeping, cooking for pets if needed, taking them to groomers ect.. About: I am comfortable with pets of all sizes and ages. I am a huge animal lover and treat them as if they are my own children. Id love to know how you take care of your fur babies so I can treat them just the same. If you have strict rules I would adhere to them or if your a pet on the couch kind of family I’d love that as well. About: I love animals. I have been caring for pets for over a little over two years with my mom’s business. I’m able to give shots if needed. I’m willing to pet sit Horses, dogs, cats, and birds. I have two horses, two dogs, and two cats. With taking care of the horses I am also willing to ride them and keep them in shape for you while you are out of town.
