“Charlie had so much with Jack and Joanne that he came home and crashed for four hours straight. He was so happy when we arrived, he snuck up behind Jack, tapped him with his front paws, and licked him. He doesn't even do that to me. Thanks so much!”

“We left our boy with Cristel for 4 nights when we had to go out of town. She kept us updated with photos and videos at different times throughout the days to make sure we knew he was being taken care of. Baxter seemed relaxed and content when we picked him up. Would be glad to use Cristel again. Thank you!”

About: As a nature-loving Poconos local, I bring a mix of deep care and joyful energy to every walk. I was the proud mama of a small dog who lived to be 15— she my best friend and like a child to me—so I understand the depth of love, trust, and nuance that comes with caring for a beloved fur baby. Whether your pup is sprightly or senior, playful or shy, I tune into their personality and pace. I offer more than just care—I offer connection, trust, and peace of mind. I work from home full-time, which gives me the flexibility to offer consistent, reliable walks throughout the day. I’m happy to communicate updates, photos, or notes so you always feel connected and confident. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I bring a calm, attentive presence to every walk, always keeping a close eye on surroundings, leash safety, and your fur baby’s well-being. With years of experience as a devoted dog mama, I understand how to build trust—through consistency, gentle communication, and honoring each dog’s unique needs.
“Stefi took great care of my dog, was accommodating of her raw diet, sent pictures, and gave regular updates. She was communicative and very flexible when my trip was unexpectedly extended and even worked with my later pickup time. The only thing I’d suggest is confirming any requirements (like rabies certificates) earlier in the process to avoid last-minute stress. Overall, very very thankful for her help and would book again.”

“Jennifer and Jon were fantastic!! Our 8 month old King Charles Spaniel was taken care of and treated like family. We were sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend and were kept updated about Maisy’s activities. It was wonderful to go away for the weekend and have no worries that our puppy was in great hands. We will definitely have our precious puppy stay with them again!! We give Jennifer and Jon our highest recommendation without reservation!!”
“Marleny was AWESOME! We met with her at her home with our pup before we committed to using her. Our puppy, after a little apprehension, almost immediately ran and played with her dogs and we had a hard time getting him to leave......typical child LOL. She was flexible with the date that we needed her for and we were much appreciative. She sent pics or videos nearly everyday and also continued him on some meds he was finishing at the time.”

“My dog, Jaxon, had a great time staying with Laura. She communicated with us and sent us pictures of him daily on how he was doing. This gave us peace of mind while we were away from him. There is no doubt that we will put Jaxon under her care again for our future trips.”

“Michelle was awesome!! Our original boarding plans fell through last minute (not through Rover!) and I reached out to Michelle on the Thursday before Labor Day weeekend. :( She was able to accommodate our overnight requests and walked me through everything I needed to know. She sent picture updates a few times a day while we were away, which put this nervous dog mom’s fears to rest. :) I could not be more pleased with our pups stay. He came home exhausted and clean!! She treated him like part of her family. Thanks Michelle!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Sharon. She’s an amazingly, caring woman who took exceptional care of Pia, my 14 year-old Shih Tzu in her home. And I encourage anyone else who wants a dog sitter - who takes small dogs, only one at a time, and is genuinely interested & attentive to your fur baby’s needs - book with Sharon. Highly recommend. I already have another trip planned, & Pia will be with Sharon in her lovely ranch home & fenced yard!”

“Very friendly and communicative. Sent photo updates. Very quick response time. Oakley seemed so happy to be there and got along with her family well. My dog had an uncharacteristic accident (pee) over night and Ana handled this without issue or frustration. She helped Oakleys settle in and feel comfortable so this didn’t happen again!”
“Kristie was one of the best dog sitters we have had for Bruno. She was not only professional but deeply passionate about the well-being of animals. What truly stood out was her remarkable responsiveness and flexibility. Despite my last-minute request, she graciously accommodated my needs. Throughout my dog's stay, Kristie maintained excellent communication with cute photos of Bruno, keeping me informed and reassured at every step. She even gave my dog with a toy to take home with him. I wholeheartedly recommend Kristie to anyone seeking reliable and caring pet care services and I 100% would go to her again for future needs.”

“Jazmine (and her boyfriend Norman) took wonderful care of our 12-year-old black Lab, Judy, who is a cancer survivor and a bit particular—sweet, but needy and not a fan of other dogs. Jazmine cared for her in her home, made sure she had her morning medicine, and sent us daily updates with snuggle photos that made us feel completely at ease. Judy was clearly loved and beautifully looked after. Warm, professional, and trustworthy—highly recommend.”

“Matthew is very good at taking care of Zara. Easy to deal with. Matthew updates me everyday with photos as well, beautiful comments about . Thank you for taking care of Zara. We highly recommend Matthew to any family wanting their dog cared for well. He has a beautiful Boxer ( Blue )& Catahoula Cur (Luna)who are playful and friendly. that I was definitely very happy to be there with you guys and spend time.See you again next time.”

“Astrid took wonderful care of our Malley! She kept us informed all week and sent lots of pictures. She made Malley as comfortable as possible and treated her like her own. We will definitely be hiring Astrid again!”

“Highly, highly, highly recommend Joan! From the moment I dropped off my cat I was completely at ease because he immediately made himself comfortable, which he typically doesn’t do. Joan was great, and sent a lot of pictures and made me feel secured with leaving my baby with her! Thank you so much, Joan, and again I highly recommend booking with Joan!!”

“This is the second time my little Ellie has stayed with Grace and I swear Ellie lives her best life there!! Grace keeps me updated in how she is doing with pics and texts!! I will definitely being booking with Grace in the future!!”

“Nefertari was great with my dog Beni! He has separation anxiety but she took great care of him and he was happy and healthy when I picked him up. I think he was sad to leave his new friend Sky (her dog) as they got along great. She sent updates and walked him frequently even though he’s not great on a leash. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.
About: I’m very attentive and careful with dogs—I have a wonderfully silly pup of my own, so I understand how curious (and mischievous!) they can be. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. I’ll make sure they’re well-fed, well-cared for, and having plenty of fun while they’re with me. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, from a sassy medium-sized Terrier to an extremely large, goofy Malamute/Husky. I’ve also regularly cared for my cousin’s Yorkies and currently share my home with a very loved Coonhound/Terrier mix. Because of this, I’m comfortable adapting to different energy levels, temperaments, and routines. I truly believe dogs deserve patience, affection, and consistency. I go above and beyond to ensure every dog in my care feels loved, secure, and never overlooked—just like they would at home. I work from home during the following hours, which allows me to provide frequent attention, potty breaks, and supervision: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM I work from home Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing me to provide frequent potty breaks, meals, playtime, supervision, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day! I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment designed to be a comfortable and safe environment for dogs. There are multiple cozy, high-quality dog beds throughout the space so pups always have options for relaxing and settling in. I also have a window perch overlooking Main Street, which dogs love for observing the world go by. My town is very walkable and dog-friendly, with several nearby businesses that welcome dogs—perfect for safe walks, enrichment, and (of course) quality people-watching. My own dog is extremely gentle and well-socialized—best described as a “cat in a dog’s body.” She is calm, respectful of other dogs’ space, and enjoys playful interactions when invited, making her a great companion for visiting pups.
