My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime. She was communicative and very flexible when my trip was unexpectedly extended and even worked with my later pickup time. The only thing I’d suggest is confirming any requirements (like rabies certificates) earlier in the process to avoid last-minute stress.
