Amanda does a wonderful job with my 16-year-old mini-poodle. Because he's older, he has special needs. Not only does she cater to his needs, but she keeps me updated about him. Best of all, I know my dog likes Amanda and her family. He has been going to Amanda for about three years and I'm very comfortable leaving him with her.

recently hired Amanda to care for our family dog for three nights while we were away. After landing at the airport, I updated her on our estimated arrival time. She asked that we text when we were about five minutes away so her husband could meet us outside with our dog. I found it unusual that Amanda did not come out herself, especially since I had never met her husband before. When our dog was returned to us, she immediately let out a distressed whimper, which was very unlike her normally energetic and happy demeanor. During the drive home, she remained unusually quiet and continued crying out whenever she was moved. Once we arrived home, she was unable to stand after being placed on the ground, which prompted me to contact Amanda for answers about what may have happened while our dog was in her care. Unfortunately, no explanation or helpful information was provided, and we had to rush our dog to an emergency veterinary hospital that same night. Due to the severity of her condition and pain, she required another emergency visit the following day. This was an incredibly upsetting and traumatic experience for both our family and our dog. Leaving your pet in someone else’s care requires a tremendous amount of trust, and the events that followed have left us deeply disturbed and heartbroken. No pet owner should have to return from a trip only to find their animal suffering and in need of emergency medical attention without answers or accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Amanda as a pet sitter. This is not an experience I would ever wish on another pet owner or their beloved pet.
This was my first time using Rover, and Amanda did a fantastic job taking care of my kitten, Blueberry. She sent video and picture updates every day, had plenty of toys and treats, and was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Amanda's services!

Schedule
I have ample free time to ensure that ur pet receives my undivided attention, love, and care, which they truly need and deserve. My routine includes playtime, walks, potty breaks, meals, and cuddles (my favorite), among many other activities!

I have three adorable Pomeranians, all weighing under 10 pounds and incredibly friendly! I also have two cats, though they’re more independent and prefer to stay to themselves. I live with my husband, John, who is a passionate animal lovers and often assist me when needed. My house is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a finished basement and a pool. I have ample space and a variety of toys to keep my furry friends entertained. If your pet has specific requirements or cannot be around any of my pets, I have plenty of room to keep them separate. I genuinely enjoy taking care of animals and strive to make you and your furry companions feel as comfortable as possible.

A typical day
My days don’t always follow this exact order, but this is what I generally aim for! I make sure to provide plenty of cuddles and playtime. I also ensure that my furry friend has access to fresh water, treats, and food. During the summer months, I like to include water activities as well. I have a doggie sprinkler, toys, and a pool for dogs who can swim.
