“Stefi took great care of my dog, was accommodating of her raw diet, sent pictures, and gave regular updates. She was communicative and very flexible when my trip was unexpectedly extended and even worked with my later pickup time. The only thing I’d suggest is confirming any requirements (like rabies certificates) earlier in the process to avoid last-minute stress. Overall, very very thankful for her help and would book again.”

“We had a meet and greet to be sure Teddy would be a good fit for their family. Things went well so we scheduled his stay. There was good communication prior to drop off and daily updates with pictures during his stay. From pictures we could see they included him as part of the family and he got lots of attention and exercise. When we picked Teddy up he looked happy. Sarah and Doug said he did well and was welcome to stay again. We felt very good about the experience and would book again.”
