“Kim was wonderful in every way. She made me feel welcome from the first second I walked in the door. She took me outside plenty of times to get fresh air and to feel more relaxed in these new surroundings. She made me sit for treats and always praised me when I did. Her treats were great and I had frozen peanut butter for the first time! Yum!! I got along well with Kim's two fur babies, but I was probably a little too energetic for them. Kim sent lots of cute pictures and sweet informative text messages to my Mom and Dad. Kim has taken lots of courses on how to understand doggy psychology and behavior, and she is very good at teaching us new things. About: I’m Jenn, thanks for visiting my profile! I’ve been a dog mom for 8+ years, but caring for other people’s pets for double that. I have watched up to 6 dogs at a time in one household. I volunteer and have fostered through Brindle Buddies and Friends. My experiences with dog sitting and volunteering has exposed me to a variety of ages, stages, breeds and sizes! It’s always important to me that when caring for someone’s pets, I am honoring their usual rituals (training, feeding, etc), treating them with love and providing adequate play and exercise! My own dogs have equipped me in other ways as well having trained them both through local dog training facilities and needed to administer medication when needed. My first dog had several behavioral issues that needed constant attention. I am easy going, empathetic and honest. I am a stay-at-home mom as well as a travel agent that works from home on my own accord. I also have access to childcare some days/times of the week which can open me up to fully devote my attention to your pet. In home: I have a very large yard. My dog is contained using an invisible fence. When we host dogs (play dates or dog sitting), we use a 25+ ft tie out that is securely attached to a tree. The tie out creates an opportunity for safe, supervised play with my dog (55 lb mix, 2.5 y/o female), the ability to roam a decent amount of the yard to explore or go potty, or chill in the yard/on my deck. I also live across from a huge park with a track and several nature trails that gives me the opportunity to provide walks of varying distances. My house is two floors, with most of the living happening downstairs as upstairs we only use that space as a guest room and a fitness/gaming studio. My dog gets crated when we leave the house. If your dog is crate trained, this would be my preference for maximum safety and security but I am completely comfortable (if you are) with them having free roam or being isolated in one room; this is only for leaving the house. I would prefer for your dog to sleep where they usually sleep at home. Dog bed, in our bed, couch, crate, etc. In house, of course we will play however they like! Offering toys, bones, chasing games, etc. Whatever you're comfortable with and they enjoy. Clients' home: I will adhere to any requests and boundaries you make. I am comfortable to play, walk, feed, let out, etc.
About: I have loved and taken care of dogs all my life. I’ve had dogs from puppies to seniors and understand how to care to all their needs. Along with that I take the time to really get to know each dog on their own and establish a connection so that each party is happy. I currently work a full time job. However I work from home so that allows me to be flexible with my time and always there to attend to the dogs. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own to give your fur baby’s company. About: After I had gotten my first puppy at 6 years old, I adored animals ever since. From house/pet sitting /walking for neighbors to family friends to friends of friends, I have loved every minute. For the past 4 ish years, caring for pets has become a real passion for me, making owners feel comfortable and at ease knowing their pets are in good hands! You can count on me to care for your pets as I would my own! If you are looking for your next pet sitter/walker, you have come to the right place! I currently work as a dental assistant 9am to 5pm on weekdays. I am completely free on the weekends. For pet sitting, I would recommend me staying at your home to allow your fur babies the most company, going and coming straight to and from my other job. For walking, I am available 12-1 on weekdays (if close to my work), after 5pm, or as needed on the weekend. In your home, I am comfortable caring for your pets as you need. I am comfortable feeding, crating, giving medication, waking up in the night to let them out, anything you would do in your normal day to day life. I have pups of my own that are quite quirky, so nothing is out of the ordinary for me!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for most of my adult life, about 20 years. I have a love for all animals and caring for them brings me great joy. I am a veteran of the Army Reserves. Currently trying to find steady work but in the meantime I'm available anytime to dog/cat sit. My hours for pet care are ideally early morning - mid afternoon. Extended overnight sits can be accommodated. Walks and Visits are easily doable for me in the morning and daytime. He got a lot of exercise and running around the fenced backyard while playing with her dog, Venus. After we picked him up, he slept straight through the day.
