“Our dogs had a very nice stay with Kim. She was easy to schedule last minute and was very quick getting back to us and communication was excellent. She kept us up to date with pictures and how they were doing. One of our dogs had a potty accident when we first arrived from the excitement, but Kim was very understanding and thought nothing of it.
