About: My name is Gaia, and I walk dogs with my dad - Jimmy. I grew up my whole life surrounded by animals, and love caring for them big or small! I can train young pets (although I am not certified to) to do simple commands. I try my best to make your dog(s) feel safe and happy each time I see them. I take time to get to know each pet, whether they are shy, playful, or energetic 🥳 My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and at home! I am 15 years old and a student. My schedule is somewhat flexible and I am available Monday-Thursday from 2pm-6pm. My rates can vary depending on how I need to care for your pet. I prefer to do drop in visits in YOUR house, I have a big dog that may not be friendly with other dogs 🙃 I’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, and bearded dragons growing up. About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. About: I love taking care of fur babies and I had a 120lb Great Pyrenees and mini schnauzer myself. As an experienced dog handler, I'll be sure your dog gets excersize, stays safe, and is taken care of and loved when you're gone. Whatever your dogs needs, just let me know and I will be sure to provide for them and send daily pictures too! Walk, play, bathe, visit, cuddle, or stay overnights. If you are training your dog I can continue it so they get all the practice while you're gone. Anything else, feel free to ask with a message! I get breaks to take them out and play. Home dinner time and wind down before sleep.
