About: I have an 11 year old goldendoodle named Taffy who I have raised since she was a puppy. I have walked dogs and house sat for friends and family since I was young and will always take the opportunity to spend time with animals of all kinds! I am currently at home for the summer in the Frederick area so I have plenty of availability to take care of your pets. I’ll be going back to College Park at the end of August. I can follow any directions needed for caring for your fur babies. I can go for long walks to provide exercise, play (of course), cuddle, reinforce tricks/training, administer oral medicine, etc.. About: I’ve always been drawn to helping animals, regardless as to if it’s simply taking them outside to walk, potty or even down to the medicine side to helping with emergencies & simple annual visits. I currently am a Vet Technician at a Vet hospital in East Berlin, Pennsylvania. I just want to be more involved with my days off on the more simpler side of animals. I rceently moved out of a home with 3 dogs, 3 cats and a tortoise. So my experience with animals in home is endless, but now I currently live with my three cats that are very well loved.

“We were super impressed with Leilani and the way she cared for our dog, Doc. She took him out on a sweltering hot day but gave him plenty of time to do his business and then showered him with attention inside where it was cool. All the while she kept us updated and sent pics and a note when she was finished. Definitely recommend!”

About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 8 years fostering all types of dogs... 46 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs for the past 30 years. In the past 10 years have enjoyed taking care of my senior Beagles. I'm off for the summer so just about any day works! In the fall, my schedule will allow Mon- Fri after 3pm. Can't wait to help out! I can help you in your home with feeding, walking and playing with your pet. If your pet just needs snuggles, I'm there for it.

About: While I only have 4 years caring for other people’s animals, I have always had at least three animals in my house to care for. I love working with animals and training them. I have worked with dogs, cats, rabbits, and more. I love caring for animals and can easily fit them into my schedule. I am very open about my schedule and will let you know if there is any possibility of conflicts to ensure your pet gets the care and love they deserve. I am completely willing to continue your pets routine, however you have it set up to ensure they feel secure and loved. I will always do my best to follow your instructions to a tee.

“Kerri has been getting to know Patches prior to house- and dog-sitting for us for a week in June. Kerri is very responsible, very kind, and wonderful with our dog. Patches is a little skittish, particularly with new people, but he has warmed up to Kerri who plays with him, walks him, and pets him (he loves belly rubs). We feel very comfortable leaving him with Kerri.”

“Melisha was great with our new puppy Riley that we rescued. Riley loved her and loved the walks. Melisha would send us the cutest pictures of Riley on her walks. I highly recommend her!”

“Samantha is awesome at taking care of Max. Max is not an easy dog to walk but Max let her walk him and gave her kisses. Even though we had issue with Rover regarding refund on a few missed walks (due to legit reasons), but Samantha has been responding to my messages right away and tried her best to help me. I will book Samantha again in the future.”

About: Hi, I’m Tommy! While my legal name is Thomas, Everyone calls me Tommy. I’ve always been an animal lover and grew up with both dogs and cats, but my passion deepened when I adopted my rescue pup, Brownie, on December 8, 2018—his special “Gotcha Day.” Learning about the incredible selflessness of the rescue community and the heartbreaking number of pets in high-kill shelters inspired me to dedicate my life to making a difference for animals. This commitment led me to start my own dog-themed apparel business, Luv Pup, where a portion of profits goes to rescues saving dogs. Beyond my entrepreneurial mission, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, from iguanas (yes, I had two named Fifi and Disney!) to rats and, of course, dogs and cats. I understand that every pet is unique and deserves personalized attention, whether it’s a playful pup needing a long walk or a senior dog who enjoys a gentle pace and cuddles. You can trust that your furry friend will be in caring, responsible hands with me. I believe in safety, reliability, and treating every pet like my own. Let’s work together to keep your pets happy and loved while you’re away! Services Offered: • Dog Walking: Whether your pup loves energetic walks or leisurely strolls, I’ll match their pace and needs. • Drop-In Visits: Quick check-ins for feeding, potty breaks, or playtime to keep your pet happy while you’re out. • House Sitting: Overnight care in your home to ensure your pet stays comfortable in their own environment. Why Choose Me? • Passionate Rescue Advocate: Dedicated to animal welfare through my business and lifestyle. • Experienced Caregiver: Years of experience with dogs, cats, and even exotic pets. • Personalized Attention: Every pet is unique, and I tailor care to your pet’s personality and needs. • Safety First: Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I’d love to meet you and your furry family members to see how I can help! I run my e-commerce business, Luv Pup, from home, giving me the flexibility to provide pet care throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, afternoon check-ins, or overnight stays, I can easily adapt to meet your pet’s needs. My schedule allows me to prioritize reliable, consistent care, ensuring your pets get the attention and love they deserve whenever you need it. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I care for pets in their own familiar environment to reduce stress and keep their routine consistent. Before each booking, I take the time to understand your pet’s needs, habits, and any special instructions you have. I maintain constant attention during walks and visits, ensuring your pet is secure, hydrated, and happy. I’m experienced with leash safety, feeding routines, and giving pets the right amount of exercise and affection. You can trust that I’ll respect your home, follow your guidelines closely, and keep you updated with messages and photos. With a passion for rescue animals and years of pet care experience, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Your furry family member is in loving and responsible hands!

About: I have had dogs for the past 30 years. I am an approved foster home for a pug rescue. I have rescued several dogs! The last two years, I have been a dog walker! The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I have my own business out of my home, and so I am home all day and your pet will not be left alone! I am home all day running my health coach business. Pet care will keep me busy and your animal happy..and the resident dogs will love having playmates! I do have a portion of my yard fenced in so the dogs have lots of room to run and play and be dogs. Dogs are rarely crated unless they are used to that and the owner request that they have time in their crate. I am home the majority of the time. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.

About: While I am not a professional business, I have owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I have taken care of dogs from 10 lb up to 120 lb. I'm currently going through a divorce and have two young children that I am just trying to pick up some extra money for. I will provide updates for any services provided and treat your dogs as if they were my own. I have a full-time job working from home but have the flexibility to incorporate drop-in visits and 30 minute walks into my work routine for your convenience. I will treat your dogs as if they are my own. Going through a divorce is obviously an expense, but one thing I have always said is just as I fight for my children. I consider my dogs my children as well and they have had everything they have needed just as my actual children have; and your dogs will be treated the exact same way.

About: Over the years I have taken care of many pets and clean dogs cats reptiles birds fish and over the years I have gained a vast knowledge and inquisitive experience with dogs I am currently a major in environmental biology and ecology and with a minor in animal behavior in psychology I enjoy it all dogs and have no prejudice against any dog or cat and I am willing to take care of any pad and I’m not afraid of any type of animal that is presented in front of me and willing to do almost all tasks Required in service for taking care of the dog or cat and I will also take care of other non-included pets if needed as long as the services aren’t too distracting from the primary role of taking care of the main pet that I was hired to do so I work from home and have a free and open schedule with full availability and no time constraints, I also am flexible and can make arrangements for any occasion, if given notice! I treat all pets, the same in all pets the same way. I treat them inside of them myself. They are given every ounce of love that I have, and every opportunity to do all the fun things that I would do with my own pets.! I have no bias or fear of any specific animals and I’m willing to take any breeder any type of dog or cat!

“Abby is my niece and ever since she was little she has always loved animals. Her first pet was a rabbit named Shadow whom she adored and gave such devoted such care to. She created an amazing environment for Shadow with lots of space and toys to play with. She also provided the same love and care to her hamster, and most recently to her beloved dog Taffy. Abby ensures that the animals in her care receive the best of everything from their environment to their food to their, to their toys, and spends a lot of time loving on them as well. I would definitely recommend Abby as a devoted, loving care provider for any pets. They will certainly receive very attentive, loving care from Abby.”

Nicole M.
“It is with great pleasure that I recommend Nikki For any dog walking + taking care of any animal. I have known Nikki for 20 years and in that time I have seen firsthand her incredible kindness to others and animals. Nikki would come take care of our dogs whenever my family was at work or school and also whenever we were on vacation. One of our dogs was not fond of very many people and especially not fond of anybody outside of the family. Nikki was the exception. Nikki consistently demonstrated a calm and gentle demeanor around our pets. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, always making sure our dogs and home were well taken care of.”
