Our girls have always been watched at home and they’re a big pair of ladies to accommodate, so we were a bit apprehensive. At our meet and greet Heather was fantastic. Her experience shined through; she was easygoing and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to have a “dress rehearsal” overnight and it was a hit! The girls had a great time, we received loads of pictures and updates and when I arrived for pickup our girls were both relaxing in the den. If our girls were at ease then we’re at ease. Lonnie was quick to reply, sent pictures and you can really tell he just loves dogs like his own. He also sat with Simon in a quiet space so S could eat his dinner.
