“Have a small concern. When we got home the following morning after your visit, there was no dry food in Minnie's bowl and the water level was done to about 1/2 inch. The only thing we can think is that Minnie was full of anxiety and just ate and drank everything. To make sure that doesn't happen again, In the future we would love it if you could fill both bowls just before you leave at the end of your visits, whether that be morning visit, evening visit, or both. Minnie is very slow to warm up and is likely very scared and nervous about us leaving her. We will try the approach of filling both bowls at the conclusion of all future visits and see how that works out. Thanks.”

About: While I have no cats of my own, I've been around these sweet creatures my whole life! From barn cats to itty bitty foster kittens, to the skittish and "velcro" cats. I'm experienced with giving cats injections for things such as diabetes and oral medications for heart troubles. I have two cats that I rescued from my local shelter, they were the most difficult to place because of prior abuse before coming to the shelter. Now, they are among the most affectionate and friendly cats I've known. They get along with other cats after a couple of sniffs and a hiss on their part.

About: I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently unemployed and have most days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any clients schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.
About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 10 years fostering all types of dogs... 50 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.
About: I've taken care of cats and dogs for the past 30 years. In the past 10 years have enjoyed taking care of my senior Beagles. I'm off for the summer so just about any day works! About: I’ve always helped out neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family friends with their pets. My simple pleasure is taking dogs on long walks and being outside. I’m currently working part time so I’ll be free for walks and playing with your animals very often. I’m easy to schedule if you need mornings, afternoons, or both! I take dogs on long long walks (at least a mile) I can of course do less if your dog isn’t up to the challenge. I love to play after a walk as well.

About: I have been in a home with dogs all of my life, as well as volunteered for shelters in my area. I am comfortable with caring for basic necessities and can administer certain medications if needed. I owned two dogs myself, who are the highlight of my life. Unfortunately, my cattle dog mix passed away in January 2025 due to unforeseen health problems, and I miss him every day, but I focus on making sure my surviving dog has the best life possible. 🖤 I am a basic obedience dog trainer, too. If your dog pulls on the leash while walking, we can talk about ways to fix that too. Being as I focus currently only on basic obedience, I can not assist with behavioral problems and will recommend a trainer who is more suited to help you. I know that you only want the best for your dog, and I could not agree more! I want to help you get the best dog you can out of your companion. I can work any day, anytime. I am new to Westminster and am getting to know the area but look forward to getting out there I have never had any issues with a pet escaping. If your dog has those kinds of impulses, I am prepared to teach them impulse control to help curb that behavior.

About: Ever since I was a little kid, I have felt connected to animals. I have had and taken care of dogs since I was 10. When I went away to college without my dogs, I realized how necessary doggie love was to my happiness. This led me to volunteering at the local SPCA walking dogs. “Sam is such a wonderful dog lover and knew exactly what our dog Dublin is like and how to introduce him to other dogs. We didn't know this prior the drop off, but she had a few other dogs in different sizes, including her own dog, so it was wonderful for Dublin to be able to play with them and socialize. Her house has a huge fenced yard, surrounded by a woody area, which I think was perfect for Dublin. This is just a one-time boarding opportunity, as we were traveling through the area, but we'd certainly board our dog with ther again if we could.”
