About: I have had pets my whole life and have cared for them all at every stage of their lives. I have had experience with three puppies and one elderly dog, all of which I love/loved dearly. I would love to care for your pets like I do my own. I currently work a part time job at college and wanted to find another way to make money while also doing something I love (taking care of your sweet pet babies)! I have two dogs and have recently taken in my grandmas dog, all of which are very different breeds. I keep them on leashes while outside and always have an eye on them.

About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 10 years fostering all types of dogs... 50 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

About: Being around animals just brightens my day! I was a groomer for 2 years before becoming a mom full time. I have experience with dogs ranging from little baby doggies to the giants of giants and I love them all. I ABSOLUTELY will take pictures of your furbaby so fully expect picture updates along the way. I have experience with diabetes in dogs so I’m good with giving insulin injections as well as taking blood for blood sugar checks. I’ve dog sat for friends/family/neighbors and my priority is to always treat every pup as my own. I have 8 years experience house sitting/checking in/dog walking for others and 11 years personal experience. I’m a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to hangout with your fur babies! My morning availability starts at 8:30am. When doing check ins or house sitting I like to follow any requests/routines you the pet parent already have in place for your fur babies day to day.

About: I have been a pet owner and caregiver my whole life. While I am a people person, I have always related the most to animals. I see them as family and friends, This means that daily routines such as feeding/watering, bathing, walking, playing, and administering medicine are not done as routines. I do them with as much intention and love as I can! I have cared for every sized dog, every cat personality, and farm animals. I am currently more available this summer: my main job is M-F, 9am - 1pm, meaning I can visit your pets 3 times a day as you need before and after those hours! I want your pets to feel as safe with me as they feel with you. I stick to the schedules I'm given, making sure I don't miss the extra pet you might give them. I enjoy cleaning as well, as this usually gives the animals a better headspace while you are out, so your home will be respected as well!

About: I have experience feeding, walking/hiking, cleaning after, and providing prescribed medications to indoor/outdoor dogs and cats. I am also willing to feed fish and have brief experience with turtles and frogs. I have random days and evenings that I can entirely dedicate to your fur babies, reptiles, and amphibians! About: When I was in high school, I fostered over 20 dogs with my mom from a rescue she was apart of. During this time, I was able to interact with dogs of all ages and breeds. I learned how to read dogs body language better, while making them feel comfortable. dogs have and will always be a HUGE part of my life. I am currently job searching so I have a lot of free time at the moment to help out others who may not have as much availablity to be with their loved fur babies! Upon any given instructions, I will do whatever the client needs for the safety of their animal. Paying attention to thorough details will allow for a smooth visit!

About: Hello! I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). Sometimes I like to think of myself as a dog whisperer: I can get along with all dogs and read what they need or want. I'm also great at helping dogs to heal or get over their fears! About: I am an emergency nurse 2 days a week and a mom to 2 crazy girls full time. My availability on the weekends can vary because of my nursing job. I’m available early mornings and late evenings if needed, and I have Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8-4:30 wide open! I’ve had a dog my entire life and currently have a 7 year old rescue! Positive reinforcement is my go-to method of behavior modification, and I can continue your training regimen with your fur babies while you are out of town. I can provide medications and even farm-sit if you need! I've owned my own horse and have cared for goats, chickens, pot-bellied pigs, and burros. I work full-time in York, PA, so I limit the area where I provide services between York and New Oxford. I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally.
