About: I have taken care of my two cats on a daily basis that includes feeding them, cleaning the litter box, playing, and quality time. I’ve also taken care of anxious pets who need a little more attention and care. I can tailor my sitting experience to each pets specific needs! I am currently a student at Gettysburg College and have availability on weekends any time along with Friday afternoons for Dog walking. I can also check in on pets during the weekend. I am very respectful when I come over to your house. If there are clear instructions where the leash and food are then I will do as instructed. I also will send pics of your pet(s) during my visits and leave everything the way it is. I do not offer pets to stay at my home.
“Have a small concern. When we got home the following morning after your visit, there was no dry food in Minnie's bowl and the water level was done to about 1/2 inch. The only thing we can think is that Minnie was full of anxiety and just ate and drank everything. To make sure that doesn't happen again, In the future we would love it if you could fill both bowls just before you leave at the end of your visits, whether that be morning visit, evening visit, or both. Minnie is very slow to warm up and is likely very scared and nervous about us leaving her. We will try the approach of filling both bowls at the conclusion of all future visits and see how that works out. Thanks.”

About: Since I was 5 I had been around pets and taking care of them. I have had dogs, cats, fishes and parrot. They feel safe with me I am completely free and available for the whole month of August any day, any time. For September, my availability will depend on the day as my school schedule starts, but I will still have open availability on many days and can update my calendar weekly. I grew up in a very safe and loving family, and I helped my parents raise my 5 younger siblings, so I have learned from a young age to be extremely responsible, attentive, and caring. In my home, pets are cared for in a very clean, calm, and safe environment with no hazards. I never leave pets unattended, I follow all instructions exactly as the owner gives them, and I make sure they always have fresh water, healthy food, regular walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. They have a water fountain, access to food all the time oversized kitty litter and plenty of comfy places to snooze. My dogs get let outside to go potty multiple times a day and they get a treat each time they go outside. They get extras put in their food (for their special needs) and have orthopedic doggy beds.
About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. We have always had 2 dogs, a cat and a chinchilla. I also grew up watching my neighbors and families pets as a teenager. I more recently within the last 2 years have started more seriously watching a family friends dogs. There is 3 of them of all different sizes so I have gotten used to dealing with many pets at once! My schedule is pretty flexible. I work part time and my shifts vary week by week but they are usually between 6-8 hours long, maybe 3 times a week. Currently I have class on Fridays from 8-3, but other than that am very open. I take a lot of classes online so I can make them work around other things. I don’t do pet care at my house but I am more than happy to come to yours and stay for however long you need. If you have a fenced in yard or are ok with your pet being taken out on a leash that would be preferred.
About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. So, taking your animals on long walks isn't an issue either. Your animals needs are my priority.
