About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. About: I have experience in caring from all types of animals from hermit crabs, lizards and fish to cats, dogs rabbits horses and everything in between lol. So I can also provide care for other pets not listed here. My 12 year old daughter and I love animals and have been rescuing and rehoming animals for years. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. So, taking your animals on long walks isn't an issue either. Your animals needs are my priority.

I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. About: I have experience working as a veterinary technician. This experience gives me the skillls to handle older pets, pets that need medications, and pets that have certain medical needs. I have about four years experience currently with pet sitting and have references if you would like them. Overall, I am pretty flexible with my schedule and am normally available on short notice. Depending on your preference I could take your dogs on walks around your neighborhood or take them to a local trail. It is completely up to you what you would like me to do with your pets. I also offer dog boarding and doggy day care. I do have pets if my own, but have the ability to keep them completely separate. I would love to watch your pets for you! I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for your pets! This gives me the ability to let your pets out every 2-4 hours and make sure they get plenty of play time! I have a fenced in yard and they get a whole level of the house to themselves! I do have pets of my own, but have the ability to keep them separate if needed. They would get plenty of play time and I can walk them around the neighborhood too!
About: I have a strong love for animals, and have grown up with many different species my whole life. I currently have 3 cats, but I love dogs as well and hope to get one of my own someday. I have worked at multiple doggie daycare/boarding facilities and have worked at a veterinary hospital for over 4 years. My goal is to become a veterinarian someday so I can continue helping animals lifelong. I have been dogsitting and dogwalking for years but I would like to expand into having more customers around my area. I am a very responsible caretaker and do the tasks I am asked to do readily and on time. I also love to take pictures of pets so you will get lots while you’re away (if you elect so). I hope to meet you and your wonderful pets sometime soon! I graduated college over a year ago with a bachelor degree in biology and currently have some free time on my hands while continuing my education further online. I always check over the environment in which the animal is staying in beforehand to make sure there isn’t anything they could get their self into.

Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. “Elizabeth is amazing with my dog Louie. He has been turned down at quite a few places because of his pretty severe anxiety. Elizabeth took her time with him, allowed me to set up a meet and greet an did three separate days with him before my vacation when he would be spending 6 days with her. He did great and Elizabeth kept me updated the entire time. She obviously has experience with all types of behavioral and health needs and it is clear how much she cares for and loves animals. I am grateful I found her and Louie has definitely become a regular with her. Now that he is home I can tell how much fun he had while I was away and as an owner of an anxious pitbull, there is no better feeling than knowing that!”

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs for many years and currently have two senior dogs of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and consistency pets need to feel comfortable and safe. I have experience with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and the extra care that comes with older dogs. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and household rules. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and respect their boundaries, especially with senior, shy, or anxious pets. When staying in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space, keep the home secure, and provide regular updates so owners can feel comfortable while they’re away.
