About: I have grown up with dogs and cats. I was responsible for walking our dogs growing up. I have experience working as a kennel assistant. If I am pet sitting I can be as flexible as you need. If you have other animals like birds or small I can take care of them as well. I am able to treat minor cuts and if your dog needs medication given I am able to do that. I will treat your dog or cat as if they were my own. If you have a high energy dog who needs a good long walk I am your girl. I will individualize each animals walk for what suits them best and try to be the best care taker for your animals I currently work for A vet hospital here in Gettysburg as well as taking care of my own two cats.I am looking to supplement my income. I will treat each pet as an individual. just like people each pet has their own unique characteristic and will try to give them what they each need.
About: I have been a pet owner and caregiver my whole life. While I am a people person, I have always related the most to animals. I see them as family and friends, This means that daily routines such as feeding/watering, bathing, walking, playing, and administering medicine are not done as routines. I do them with as much intention and love as I can! I have cared for every sized dog, every cat personality, and farm animals. I am a full-time teacher! I am busy between 7am and 4pm, but I am able to do visits around those times depending on your needs. I am free weekends! I want your pets to feel as safe with me as they feel with you. I stick to the schedules I'm given, making sure I don't miss the extra pet you might give them. I enjoy cleaning as well, as this usually gives the animals a better headspace while you are out, and your home will be well-respected.

About: I have had experience with all types of animals my entire life i grew up taking care of my dog widget since i was 7 me and my dog would go to pet training class as well. As my dog had gotten older me and my family had changed our routine and home life to accommodate to my best buds last days so he would be comfortable. I also grew up pet sitting for my aunt and still do.I have owned cats and dogs as well as some smaller rodents. About: I've been taking care of my own animals my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and family started hiring me for pet care when I was still in high school. I love the stark difference in pet personalities and learning how each of them likes to be cared for. Examples of my past & present clientele: - A family with 7 chihuahuas of varying ages and levels of crazy - A brand new hyperactive Bernedoodle puppy whom I still care for regularly (she's 4 now!) - A sweet lab who liked long, slow walks and bananas - A moody cat who could not care less about me (I have slowly earned the blessing of giving head pats to them now) - A tortoise who inspires me to slow down and eat more greens *my home is a safe space for people and pets from all walks of life* I am currently working from home, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pet(s)! If your pet requires extra exercise, we have a quiet neighborhood to walk around in. We have a dog bed in almost every room, space for you to bring a crate, or an area that can be closed off overnight if necessary or requested. There are few places in the house that the dogs don't have access to out of an abundance of safety. Otherwise, they are welcome to make themselves at home! About: I have a strong love for animals, and have grown up with many different species my whole life. I currently have 3 cats, but I love dogs as well and hope to get one of my own someday. I have worked at multiple doggie daycare/boarding facilities and have worked at a veterinary hospital for over 4 years. About: Having the background of being raised on a farm has given me an innate love for animals. I have become a go to person for my friends and family in the city with not only dogs, but farm animals as well (cows, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits etc.). I have experience with injured and ill animals as well in care taking. I am able to follow dietary restrictions and diets in general as well. Pets, cuddles and walks are no problem of course! :) I currently work from home (Thurmont, M-F 8-5) so I am very flexible with me being in home for either a whole work day, half day or drop ins (if close by). About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
