I have house sat before, done drop ins for friends and have done dog walking for my neighbors. I do work a majority during the day(M-S). But I am available on evenings(except for Thursdays). About: I have been taking care of dogs in my neighborhood for years. I have a special place in my heart for all animals but dogs big and small are my favorite. i treat them as if they are my own. i am very clean and organized and will be very respectful of your house. i can fit it in between college from mornings to night. I also can work my schedule around whatever works best for your pet and owners requirements. it depends on what the client wants for the pet but I am able to adjust to the requirements of the owner and pet. I can let the pet out in the yard or take for walks to sitting with the pet on the couch and holding and petting them.

One of my dogs needs to have his bladder expressed due to a spinal injury, Haley went out of her way to learn how to express his bladder and ensure his comfort. Haley gave the dogs ample outdoor time, shared photos and detailed report cards throughout the day which gave us peace of mind. You can tell when your dogs had their basic needs met vs. when they also had enrichment (play time, cuddles, etc.), my dogs clearly had enrichment with Haley taking care of them. Kelly was awsome! I will definitely be hiring her again to watch my dogs when needed. During the meet and greet she came with a pen and paper to write all the instructions down. She even took note on how to tell the dogs apart!. My oldest dog Zoey would not walk without a treat which she demonstrated during the meet and greet. This did not deter Kelly she was very patient with her! During the visit she kept me informed by texts and pictures. She even sent me a video! I definitely recommend her!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
