About: I have a big house with room to run and play. I'm happy taking care of the puppies and dogs that aren't quite fully potty trained. My family dog in Florida is not spayed so I have experience with females in heat. I don't mind cleaning up messes because the house is all mine. I have 2 small dogs living with me that are very spoiled. My little Einstein has allergies so I buy him special food, shampoo, conditioner, etc to help with his itchy skin. He is a quiet little one who loves meeting new pups. My little Lola loves to cuddle and chew on her bone. You can be certain that your dog will be spoiled too. I also have 2 cats, Harley and Quinn, who have their own room where they love to play. As for me, I'm a Preschool Teacher. My work is right down the road so I come home and let my dogs out during lunch. My dogs go out every couple hours when I'm home. Spending time with my dogs and cats is probably one of my greatest joys.
About: I have a degree in animal behavior from Canisius College with a major focus being animal care/husbandry and welfare. I have had pet dogs both big and small since I was 7 years old and have been helping to watch neighbors’ and family members’ dogs since I was 13. I will use this extensive experience caring for and walking dogs as well as my uniquely relevant educational background to ensure your pets are well taken care of, happy, and healthy! My schedule is currently variable however excepting any major changes I am mainly available for drop in visits and walks on most days between 10 am and 5 pm. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet suburban community. We have a golden retriever and cat who are both very friendly with other animals (and each other) however they can also be kept in separate parts of the house if necessary. With a background in animal behavior I am well versed in safe, proper care in addition to best practices in regards to animal welfare and am excellent at reading animals’ body language for signs of distress which I can use to make sure your dogs feel safe and comfortable.
