About: Having recently graduated from undergrad, I’ve spent the past few years pet sitting for friends and family whenever they’ve gone on vacation. I have two cats of my own and grew up with pets at all times. I’m also a devoted pug parent myself, so I understand firsthand the importance of routines, comfort, and the little quirks that make each dog unique. My partner and I recently relocated to the Buffalo area for his new job, and I’m excited to establish new client relationships and meet fellow dog lovers in the community. Dog sitting is my second job, and I work full-time—entirely remotely—for an Executive Search firm. This allows me to maintain a very flexible schedule and be home throughout the day. At this time, my preference is for house sitting in your home, where I can help keep your dog’s routine consistent in a familiar environment. Because I work remotely, I’m able to provide all-day, round-the-clock companionship while I work, with plenty of breaks for walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles (with the occasional quick visit to check on my own puggies, of course!). I work full-time and entirely remotely for an Executive Search firm, and dog sitting has been my second job for as long as I can remember. I’ve found that remote work and dog sitting complement each other perfectly, allowing me to provide steady, round-the-clock companionship rather than just a few drop-in visits each day. I prefer to house sit and stay in your home, essentially moving in and working remotely while keeping your dog company and maintaining their normal routine. This approach is especially helpful for dogs with separation anxiety or those who need more frequent potty breaks. While I generally keep a typical 9–5 schedule, my workday is flexible, and I can take breaks as needed. I do have occasional meetings during the day and, depending on proximity, may step out briefly to check on my own dogs—but your pet’s care, comfort, and safety are always my top priority. I believe the best care comes from keeping your dog’s routine as close to yours as possible, all in the comfort of their own home. I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet before a sit so I can get to know you and your dog, learn their daily routine, and familiarize myself with the home and surrounding area. I always recommend sharing a simple “guide” or list of your dog’s schedule—feeding, potty breaks, medication, walks, playtime, and any special preferences. I’ve cared for dogs with all types of personalities, and understanding their quirks and behavioral patterns helps ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. For example, I like to know how they do on walks, whether they’re an escape artist or more of a Velcro pup, and how they react around other dogs. When it comes to walks, I’m comfortable walking two small dogs at the same time, and since it’s just me, I prefer one larger dog at a time. In addition to pet care, I’m also happy to help with light house-sitting tasks while you’re away, such as watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, and keeping an eye on the home. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible, knowing both your dog and your home are being well cared for.

About: I have experience taking care of pets, as I have owned a dog myself. I've worked in animal care most of my career, working for institutions such as The Buffalo Zoo, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, Pet Supplies Plus, dog kennels, etc. I love being around animals, and intend to do so the rest of my life! I'm currently working as a personal trainer at Catalyst Fitness, so I am needed when clients have training sessions. However, this will never extend for more than a few hours (at most maybe 4-5) at a time. So even if I need to go to a training session(s), I can be right back to take care of the animals afterwards! I can constantly provide your pets with enrichment. Whether that be through walking, playing, or just general outside time. I love nature/the environment, so I love getting outdoors. So if that's what your pets enjoy I can absolutely provide! However, I realize animals have a wide spectrum of emotions and preferences, so I am very flexible to provide whatever is best for your pets!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and sometimes cats for 3 years at a few daycares and boarding facilities. I love animals and would love to provide care for them! I’m currently recovering from a leg injury, so for now I’m focusing on caring for small dogs and cats! I love giving them attention, walks, and cuddles. I’ll be ready to work with bigger dogs again very soon once my leg fully heals! I will provide care for pets at clients home by making sure they are fed, medicated if needed and safely crated after I leave. Also, keep the pets safe from anything dangerous.

About: Animal experience includes working at a grooming shop and walking and babysitting a handful of dogs for several years, as well as always having dogs of my own. I have experience and am comfortable with big, small, shy, nervous, aggressive, sick, traumatized and old animals, so I can handle whatever your pet might throw my way. About: Welcome to my profile! For the past six years, I have studied and worked in Brooklyn, and I have delighted in walking and sitting dogs through Rover in each neighborhood I have lived in. Since moving away from home and having to leave the dogs I grew up with behind I love finding opportunities to spend time with animals and build trust and communication with them. My experience includes volunteering for animal rescues in DC and in Peru, sitting professionally for clients, and for friends, family, and neighbors, and working with positive reinforcement trainers for my family's dogs back home, who are reactive. I enjoy going on long walks, hikes, runs, and exploring the city, so if your dog is high energy, a puppy, or just needs a lot of stimulation and exercise, we would be a great fit! I also have experience watching older dogs or lower-energy breeds who simply need a calm place to stay. I can accommodate most schedules and reasonable requests, feel free to message if you have any questions and tell me more about your pup! One bonus - my apartment has an elevator and primate balcony with a potty area, so frequent potty breaks can be accommodated. Open to pickup and drop off, and last minute requests. I work at a lab 3 days a week, though I might have to go in on my off days to complete various tasks. Weekday sits work best for my schedule. My apartment is pretty dog-proofed. I make sure not to leave out anything toxic to dogs (gum, chocolate, etc...) and to put away anything I would not want to get destroyed. I am open to continuing any training you might have with your dog, such as sitting and waiting before a meal or ignoring other dogs on a walk.
